【摘要】：目的探討外傷性腦脊液鼻漏經(jīng)鼻神經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡下修補(bǔ)的手術(shù)要點(diǎn)及療效。方法回顧性分析2010年12月至2013年12月山東大學(xué)齊魯醫(yī)院神經(jīng)外科應(yīng)用神經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡經(jīng)鼻入路治療外傷性腦脊液鼻漏22例的臨床資料,并就診斷、漏口定位、材料選擇、修補(bǔ)方式及療效等進(jìn)行討論。結(jié)果 21例一次性手術(shù)修補(bǔ)成功,隨訪8~24個(gè)月無(wú)復(fù)發(fā);1例并發(fā)腦積水、顱內(nèi)感染,自動(dòng)出院,定為失敗病例。結(jié)論經(jīng)鼻神經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡修補(bǔ)外傷性腦脊液鼻漏,手術(shù)創(chuàng)傷小,治愈率高,可作為前顱底外傷性腦脊液鼻漏手術(shù)修補(bǔ)的首選方法。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore the operative points and curative effect of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea through nasal endoscopy.Methods the clinical data of 22 patients with traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea treated by endoscopic nasal approach in the Department of Neurosurgery, Qilu Hospital, Shandong University from December 2010 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed.The repair method and curative effect were discussed.Results 21 cases were successfully repaired by one time operation, and 1 case with hydrocephalus and intracranial infection was diagnosed as failure after 8 ~ 24 months follow-up.Conclusion Transnasal endoscopy is the first choice for the repair of traumatic cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea with small trauma and high cure rate.
