【摘要】：目的:通過觀察對KOA進行臨床隨機對照研究,了解KOA的臨床癥狀和體征改善情況,評價健骨注射液配合支具矯正治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床療效,進一步討論作用機理,探求更加有效、安全的治療方法,拓展治療KOA的思路。方法:研究使用隨機雙盲試驗,嚴格遵循診斷、納入以及排除標(biāo)準篩選患者,將患者名單隨機分組分配為2組,對照組與治療組各30例患者并采用臨床癥狀評分法和VAS評分法以及SPSS20.0統(tǒng)計軟件包建立數(shù)據(jù)庫,進行相應(yīng)的統(tǒng)計處理及分析,保證數(shù)據(jù)的真實性與結(jié)果的可靠性,比較治療組與對照組之間的療效差異,分析觀察健骨注射液穴位注射配合支具矯正治療KOA的臨床療效。治療組采用健骨注射液配合支具矯正進行治療,對照組采用健骨注射液配合常規(guī)手法治療,完成試驗周期后對以上兩組患者進行療效評分對比。結(jié)果:對膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎采用健骨注射液配合支具矯正治療的方法可明顯改善患者疼痛,膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹等癥狀,總體治療效果優(yōu)異。健骨注射液配合支具矯正比健骨注射液配合常規(guī)手法治療效果更優(yōu),對比治療組與對照組的總體有效率P0.05,兩組實驗結(jié)果差異性顯著,具有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論:1.健骨注射液配合支具矯正治療和健骨注射液配合常規(guī)手法治療均能有效治療KOA,但是健骨注射液配合支具矯正治療對KOA的治療效果更顯著。2.健骨注射液配合支具矯正治療能使KOA的患者疼痛、膝關(guān)節(jié)腫脹等臨床癥狀明顯改善。3.健骨注射液配合支具矯正治療能延緩病情發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the improvement of clinical symptoms and signs of KOA, to evaluate the clinical effect of Jiangu injection combined with brace correction in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis, and to discuss the mechanism of the effect.To explore more effective and safe treatment methods and expand the treatment of KOA.Methods: a randomized double-blind trial was used to select patients according to the criteria of diagnosis, inclusion and exclusion, and the list of patients was randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the control group and 30 patients in the treatment group were treated with clinical symptom score, VAS score and SPSS20.0 statistical software package to establish the database, and the corresponding statistical processing and analysis were carried out to ensure the authenticity of the data and the reliability of the results.To compare the curative effect between the treatment group and the control group, and to observe the clinical effect of Jiangu injection acupoint injection combined with brace correction in the treatment of KOA.The treatment group was treated with Jiangu injection combined with brace correction, while the control group was treated with Jiangu injection combined with routine manipulation. After the trial cycle was completed, the curative effect scores of the two groups were compared.Results: the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Jiangu injection combined with brace correction can significantly improve the pain, knee swelling and other symptoms, the overall treatment effect is excellent.The effect of Jiangu injection combined with brace correction was better than that of Jiangu injection combined with conventional manipulation. The total effective rate of the treatment group and the control group was P0.05. The difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant.Conclusion 1.Both Jiangu injection and Anchorage correction therapy and Jiangu injection combined with conventional manipulation therapy can effectively treat KOA.However, the effect of Jiangu injection combined with Anchorage correction therapy on KOA is more significant. 2.Jiangu injection combined with orthodontic treatment can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as pain, knee swelling and other clinical symptoms in patients with KOA.Jiangu injection combined with orthodontic treatment can delay the development of the disease.
