【摘要】：目的討論結(jié)直腸擇期手術(shù)前機械性腸道準備(MBP)的必要性。方法檢索2003~2013年P(guān)ub Med、EMbase、Cochrane圖書館、維普數(shù)據(jù)庫、相關(guān)期刊論文、中國生物醫(yī)學(xué)文獻數(shù)據(jù)庫、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫等中外文數(shù)據(jù)庫。檢索范圍為所有關(guān)于結(jié)直腸手術(shù)前MBP的隨機對照試驗(RCT),并進行Meta分析。結(jié)果納入15個隨機對照試驗,共5 218例病人,其中MBP組2 684例,無腸道準備組(non-MBP)2 534例。兩組吻合口漏發(fā)生率〔OR=1.05,95%CI(0.79,1.39),P=0.73〕、切口感染率〔OR=0.90,95%CI(0.74,1.09),P=0.27〕、腹腔膿腫發(fā)生率〔OR=0.88,95%CI(0.56,1.37),P=0.57〕、膿毒血癥發(fā)生率〔OR=1.01,95%CI(0.55,1.86),P=0.97〕、術(shù)后腸梗阻發(fā)生率〔OR=0.71,95%CI(0.42,1.12),P=0.21〕、死亡率〔OR=1.12,95%CI(0.72,1.73),P=0.62〕等差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義。結(jié)論結(jié)直腸擇期手術(shù)前不行MBP是安全可靠的。
[Abstract]:Objective to discuss the necessity of mechanical intestinal preparation (MBP) before elective colorectal surgery.Methods Chinese and foreign language databases such as Pub Medbase Cochrane Library, Weip Database, Chinese Journal Full-text Database, Chinese Biomedical Literature Database and Wanfang Database were searched from 2003 to 2013.The range of search was all randomized controlled trials of MBP before colorectal surgery, and Meta analysis was performed.Results A total of 5 218 patients were enrolled in 15 randomized controlled trials, including 2 684 cases in MBP group and 2 534 cases in non-MBP group without intestinal preparation.涓ょ粍鍚誨悎鍙ｆ紡鍙戠敓鐜囥，
