椎間盤生物學(xué)及細(xì)胞表型的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:椎間盤退變是腰背痛的主要原因,研究椎間盤發(fā)育、退變,結(jié)構(gòu)功能以及椎間盤中各種細(xì)胞的特異性標(biāo)志物有助于椎間盤疾病的治療。近年來的研究發(fā)現(xiàn),椎間盤起源于脊索,椎間盤退變始于髓核細(xì)胞類型和數(shù)量的改變,同時(shí)也伴隨著纖維環(huán)細(xì)胞和終板軟骨細(xì)胞的改變。髓核細(xì)胞有相對(duì)系統(tǒng)的標(biāo)志物,而纖維環(huán)細(xì)胞和終板軟骨細(xì)胞尚無明確的標(biāo)志物。作者就椎間盤的生物學(xué)特征以及椎間盤內(nèi)各種細(xì)胞標(biāo)志物的研究進(jìn)展作一綜述。
[Abstract]:Disc degeneration is the main cause of low back pain. The study of disc development degeneration structure and function as well as the specific markers of various cells in intervertebral disc is helpful to the treatment of intervertebral disc disease.In recent years, it has been found that the disc originated from the spinal cord, and the degeneration of the intervertebral disc began with the changes of the type and quantity of nucleus pulposus cells, as well as the changes of fibroannular cells and endplate chondrocytes.There are relatively systematic markers in nucleus pulposus cells, but there are no clear markers in fibroannular cells and endplate chondrocytes.This paper reviews the biological characteristics of intervertebral disc and the progress of various cellular markers in intervertebral disc.
