【摘要】：成人肱骨外髁骨折在臨床上比較罕見(jiàn),可表現(xiàn)為波及肱骨頭及肱骨滑車(chē)關(guān)節(jié)面的粉碎性骨折。該骨折發(fā)病率約占肘部骨折的0.5%-1.0%,由于相關(guān)報(bào)道較少,骨科醫(yī)師在臨床工作中對(duì)這類(lèi)骨折的手術(shù)治療尚未規(guī)范化,往往通過(guò)自己的經(jīng)驗(yàn)與認(rèn)識(shí)作出診治,患者肘關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)程度或因其就診的醫(yī)師的個(gè)人技術(shù)水平而受到影響,容易出現(xiàn)一些如術(shù)后肘關(guān)節(jié)不穩(wěn)、骨不連等相關(guān)問(wèn)題。隨著交通發(fā)展、交通事故的增多,成人肱骨外髁骨折發(fā)生的數(shù)量也不斷增加。這種骨折復(fù)位困難,有較多的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥[2],且由于肘關(guān)節(jié)功能的重要性及人們對(duì)生活品質(zhì)要求的提高,要求我們對(duì)成人肱骨外髁骨折進(jìn)行更好的診治,以減少因醫(yī)源性原因?qū)е碌男g(shù)后功能障礙。本文就成人肱骨外髁骨折損傷機(jī)制、診治、分型、并發(fā)癥預(yù)防及處理等方面研究的相關(guān)進(jìn)展進(jìn)行綜述。
[Abstract]:Adult fracture of lateral condyle of humerus is rare in clinic and can be characterized by comminuted fracture of humerus head and humeral trochlear articular surface. The orthopedic surgeon has not standardized the surgical treatment of this kind of fracture in clinical work, often through his own experience and understanding to make diagnosis and treatment, the patient's elbow joint function recovery degree or because of its doctor's personal skill level is affected. As traffic develops and traffic accidents increase, the number of adult fractures of the lateral condyle of the humerus increases. There are many postoperative complications [2], and because of the importance of elbow joint function and the improvement of people's quality of life, we need better diagnosis and treatment of humeral lateral condylar fracture in adults. In order to reduce the postoperative dysfunction caused by iatrogenic causes, this article reviews the progress in the study of injury mechanism, diagnosis, treatment, classification, prevention and management of complications of adult lateral condylar fracture of humerus.
