【摘要】：目的:研究全身振動訓(xùn)練對膝關(guān)節(jié)前交叉韌帶損傷(ACL)重建術(shù)后患者下肢肌力和運動控制的影響。方法:選取符合納入標準的40例前交叉韌帶損傷重建術(shù)后患者為研究對象,所有患者術(shù)后12周進行常規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練。第13周開始將患者用數(shù)字法隨機分為對照組和試驗組,每組20例。對照組繼續(xù)給予常規(guī)康復(fù)訓(xùn)練,試驗組在對照組的基礎(chǔ)上,加入每天1次,每次10min,每周5次,持續(xù)4周的全身振動訓(xùn)練。兩組患者第12周和第16周,均進行等速肌力測試訓(xùn)練系統(tǒng)膝關(guān)節(jié)屈伸肌群的峰力矩、拮抗肌比值檢測和動態(tài)平衡儀中本體感覺評估。結(jié)果:1兩組患者膝關(guān)節(jié)屈伸峰力矩,治療前后和治療后組間對比均有顯著性差異(P0.05);2兩組患者動態(tài)平衡測試的平均軌跡誤差值,治療前后和治療后組間對比有顯著性差異(P0.05)。結(jié)論:全身振動訓(xùn)練能夠促進ACL重建術(shù)后患者的下肢肌力和運動控制的恢復(fù)。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the effect of whole body vibration training on lower limb muscle strength and motor control in patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACLL) reconstruction. Methods: 40 patients with anterior cruciate ligament injury (ACL) reconstruction were selected as subjects. All patients received routine rehabilitation training 12 weeks after operation. At the 13th week, the patients were randomly divided into two groups: the control group and the experimental group, 20 cases in each group. The control group continued to receive routine rehabilitation training, and the experimental group was based on the control group. The whole body vibration training was performed once a day for 10 minutes, 5 times a week for 4 weeks. The peak torque of flexion and extensor muscle group of knee joint was measured by isokinetic muscle force test system in both groups at week 12 and week 16. Results there were significant differences in the peak moment of knee joint flexion and extension between the two groups before and after treatment and the comparison between the two groups before and after treatment. Conclusion: the whole body vibration training can promote the recovery of lower limb muscle strength and movement control after ACL reconstruction.
