【摘要】：目的:探討應(yīng)用解剖型鎖定板加張力帶內(nèi)固定治療肱骨近端四部分骨折的臨床療效。方法:對(duì)2011年1月至2014年3月我科收治的34例肱骨近端四部分骨折應(yīng)用解剖型鎖定板加張力帶內(nèi)固定治療患者中獲得完整隨訪資料的30例,采用Constant-Murley(CM)肩關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)分系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行術(shù)后功能評(píng)分。結(jié)果:術(shù)后隨訪時(shí)間為6個(gè)月至24月,平均(11.8±5.9)個(gè)月。術(shù)后骨折均愈合,無(wú)內(nèi)固定失效,骨折平均愈合時(shí)間為9.8周。根據(jù)CM評(píng)分標(biāo)準(zhǔn),平均(81.3±12.8)分,優(yōu)15例,良11例,可3例,差1例;優(yōu)良率為86.7%。結(jié)論:解剖型鎖定板加張力帶內(nèi)固定治療肱骨近端四部分骨折療效可靠,有利于肩關(guān)節(jié)早期功能鍛煉,是較理想的手術(shù)方法。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical effect of anatomic locking plate combined with tension band internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humerus fractures. Methods: 34 cases of proximal humeral fractures were treated from January 2011 to March 2014. There were 30 cases with complete follow-up data obtained in the treatment of type type locking plate and tension band internal fixation. Results: the postoperative follow-up time was from 6 months to 24 months, with an average of 11.8 鹵5.9 months. All the fractures healed without internal fixation failure, and the average healing time was 9.8 weeks. The average score was 81.3 鹵12.8, excellent in 15 cases, good in 11 cases, fair in 3 cases, poor in 1 case, excellent and good rate was 86.7%. Conclusion: anatomic locking plate plus tension band internal fixation is effective and reliable in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures, which is beneficial to early functional exercise of shoulder joint. It is an ideal surgical method.
