【摘要】：目前乳腺癌的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)治療是以手術(shù)為主的綜合治療。在保證腫瘤學(xué)安全性的前提下,保留乳房的乳腺癌切除術(shù)不斷突破原有的桎梏,在最初的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)保乳手術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展出腫瘤整形保乳手術(shù);保乳性乳房全切手術(shù)則進(jìn)一步拓展了原有保乳術(shù)的外延。即便不具備保乳手術(shù)條件或?qū)ΡＨ槭中g(shù)存有顧慮而需行乳房全切術(shù)的患者,乳房重建手術(shù)為其點(diǎn)燃了新的希望。現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)模式的形成完善了醫(yī)學(xué)科學(xué)主義和人文主義的有機(jī)結(jié)合,按照這種思維方式,醫(yī)療目的要與患者需求相契合,治療疾病要與生命質(zhì)量相結(jié)合。乳腺癌手術(shù)方式的遞嬗正是體現(xiàn)了現(xiàn)代醫(yī)學(xué)模式影響下患者對(duì)生活品質(zhì)的追求和醫(yī)者為滿足病患治療疾病和追求生命質(zhì)量雙重需求謀福祉的良苦用心。
[Abstract]:At present, the standard treatment of breast cancer is the comprehensive treatment based on surgery. On the premise of ensuring the safety of oncology, breast cancer resection which preserves the breast breaks through the shackles continuously. On the basis of the original standard breast conserving surgery, tumor plastic and breast conserving surgery was developed. Breast conserving surgery further extends the scope of the original breast conserving surgery. Even for patients who do not have breast conserving conditions or have concerns about breast conserving surgery, they need a total mastectomy. Breast reconstruction surgery has kindled new hope for it. The formation of modern medical model has perfected the organic combination of medical scientism and humanism. According to this mode of thinking, the medical purpose should be in line with the needs of patients. The change of breast cancer operation mode is the embodiment of patients' pursuit of quality of life under the influence of modern medical model and the need of doctors to satisfy patients' treatment of disease and pursuit of quality of life in order to meet the needs of patients' treatment of disease and pursuit of quality of life. The hard work of seeking happiness.
