【摘要】：腫瘤學(xué)的快速發(fā)展使癌癥患者的生存期較以前明顯延長,脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的臨床發(fā)病率也隨之逐年升高。脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤帶來的疼痛與神經(jīng)功能損害使脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤患者的生活質(zhì)量明顯下降。隨著手術(shù)及其他輔助治療技術(shù)的發(fā)展,治療觀念更新,脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的治療逐漸開始向積極轉(zhuǎn)變。盡管已證實積極的治療有助于提高患者生活質(zhì)量,國內(nèi)外學(xué)者設(shè)計了一系列旨在指導(dǎo)臨床治療方案制定的評估系統(tǒng),脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的最佳治療方案目前仍無法取得一致。本文回顧了近年來脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤相關(guān)診斷、臨床評估系統(tǒng)、手術(shù)及其他綜合治療的進展與現(xiàn)狀,并總結(jié)了相關(guān)臨床文獻報道做一系統(tǒng)綜述。
[Abstract]:The rapid development of oncology patients with cancer survival was significantly longer than before, spinal metastasis clinical incidence also increased year by year. The quality of life of patients with spinal metastases significantly decreased pain and neurological impairment caused by spinal metastatic tumor. With the development of surgery and other auxiliary treatment technology, treatment concept update, gradually began to to actively change the treatment of metastatic spine disease. Though it is proved that active treatment is helpful to improve the quality of life of patients, scholars at home and abroad designed a series of evaluation system to guide the clinical treatment, the best treatment of spinal metastasis is still unable to agree. This article reviews the diagnosis of spinal metastases. The clinical evaluation system, progress and status quo of surgery and other comprehensive treatment, and summarize the clinical reports do a systematic review.
