【摘要】：外科手術(shù)是治療乳腺癌的主要方法之一。部分早期乳腺癌患者保乳手術(shù)后需要乳房腫瘤整形技術(shù)修復(fù)乳房外形。乳腺腫瘤整形是近二十年出現(xiàn)的新概念和新技術(shù),包括組織移位和組織替代。帶蒂大網(wǎng)膜乳房保乳整形技術(shù)是組織替代的一種新方法。該文擬對(duì)該領(lǐng)域的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)性闡述。
[Abstract]:Surgery is one of the main methods for the treatment of breast cancer. After breast conserving surgery, some patients with early breast cancer need breast tumor plastic technique to repair breast shape. Breast tumor plastic surgery is a new concept and technology that has emerged in the last two decades. The technique of breast conserving plastic surgery with pedicle greater omentum is a new method of tissue replacement.
