【摘要】：目的探討"雞尾酒"療法在人工全膝關(guān)節(jié)置換術(shù)后早期疼痛的療效。方法方便選擇2016年1—12月于該院行TKA治療的61例患者作為研究對象,將其分為研究組31例與對照組30例。對照組在常規(guī)鎮(zhèn)痛措施,研究組在此基礎(chǔ)上應(yīng)用"雞尾酒"療法。結(jié)果研究組術(shù)后靜息狀態(tài)下,6、12、24、48 h時VAS評分為(5.77±1.055)分、(4.58±1.025)分、(3.48±0.811)分、(2.42±0.765)分,低于對照組(7.90±0.960)分、(6.63±1.033)分、(5.43±0.898)分、(4.37±0.928)分(P0.05);研究組術(shù)后活動狀態(tài)下,24、48 h時VAS評分(5.65±0.985)分、(4.26±0.930)分,低于對照組(7.57±1.104)分、(6.23±1.104)分(P0.05);研究組術(shù)后不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率6.45%與對照組10.00%對比,差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論"雞尾酒"療法在TKA術(shù)后早期疼痛中具有顯著的應(yīng)用效果。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of "cocktail" therapy on early pain after total knee arthroplasty. Methods 61 patients who were treated with TKA from 2016 to December in our hospital were selected as the study objects. It was divided into study group (31 cases) and control group (30 cases). The control group was treated with "cocktail" therapy on the basis of routine analgesia. Results the VAS score of the study group was 5.77 鹵1.055 at 48 h after operation and 3.48 鹵0.811). It was lower than that of the control group (7.90 鹵0.960,6.63 鹵1.033) and 5.43 鹵0.898 (4.37 鹵0.928), and the VAS score of the study group was 5.65 鹵0.985 (4.26 鹵0.930) at 2448 h after operation, which was lower than that of the control group (7.57 鹵1.104) (6.23 鹵1.104), the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.23 鹵1.104), the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 6.23 鹵1.104, compared with that in the control group (10.00%). Conclusion Cocktail therapy has a significant effect on early postoperative pain after TKA.
