【摘要】：目的探索在X射線鋇餐造影中使用甘露醇能否提高闌尾顯影率。方法回顧性分析2010年2月至2016年2月筆者在同一臺數(shù)字胃腸機進行全消化道X射線鋇餐造影的318例患者相關(guān)資料(甘露醇鋇餐檢查216例,常規(guī)鋇餐檢查102例),所有患者均具有確切報告及影像圖像,部分病例具有病理結(jié)果及手術(shù)記錄。結(jié)果甘露醇鋇餐造影闌尾顯影率明顯高于常規(guī)鋇餐,兩者比較差異有統(tǒng)計學意義(P0.02)。結(jié)論應(yīng)用甘露醇鋇餐檢查能明顯提高闌尾顯影率、縮短檢查時間。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore whether the use of mannitol in X-ray barium meal can improve the development rate of appendicitis. Methods from February 2010 to February 2016, the authors performed total gastrointestinal barium meal radiography on the same digital gastrointestinal machine. There were 216 cases of mannitol barium meal examination. Routine barium meal examination was performed in 102 cases, all of them had accurate report and image, and some cases had pathological results and surgical records. Results the rate of appendiciography in mannitol barium meal was significantly higher than that in routine barium meal. Conclusion the application of mannitol barium meal can obviously improve the rate of appendicitis development and shorten the examination time.
