上頸椎有限元模型的建立及分析,以10歲兒童為例

【摘要】:本研究以一名10歲齡男童頸椎CT DICOM數(shù)據(jù)包為例,將數(shù)據(jù)導(dǎo)入MIMICS進(jìn)行圖像分割處理,得到優(yōu)化的硬組織表面模型,再導(dǎo)入有限元前處理軟件Hypermesh行頸椎C_0~C_2各部分網(wǎng)格的劃分、建立頸椎韌帶模型并對(duì)各部分賦材質(zhì)、單元屬性,建立了頸椎C_0~C_2有限元整體模型,最后導(dǎo)入有限元軟件ANSYS14.0中行載荷計(jì)算和結(jié)論分析。進(jìn)一步在模擬生理載荷下(顱底垂直加載30 N預(yù)壓力,1.0 Nm力矩)測(cè)定上頸椎模型各節(jié)段(C_0~C_1,C_1~C_2)的前屈、后伸、側(cè)屈、旋轉(zhuǎn)的三維運(yùn)動(dòng)范圍,將所得結(jié)論與文獻(xiàn)結(jié)論進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證所建模型的有效性。研究表明,本研究成功建立了一個(gè)外觀逼真的兒童上頸椎有限元模型,模擬生理載荷并測(cè)量出上頸椎各節(jié)段角位移量,較好的通過(guò)了有效性的驗(yàn)證,我們所建立的兒童上頸椎有限元模型幾何相似性較好,對(duì)進(jìn)一步用來(lái)進(jìn)行生物力學(xué)研究具有重要的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In this study, a 10-year-old boy's cervical CT DICOM packet was used as an example, the data was imported into MIMICS for image segmentation, and the optimized hard tissue surface model was obtained, and then the finite element pre-processing software Hypermesh was introduced to divide the cervical spine Che _ 0 / C _ 2 mesh. The cervical vertebrae ligament model was established, and the whole finite element model of cervical vertebrae C _ 0 / C _ 2 was established by assigning material and element attribute to each part. Finally, the line load calculation and conclusion analysis were introduced into the finite element software ANSYS14.0. The forward flexion, extension and lateral flexion of each segment of the upper cervical vertebra model were measured under simulated physiological load (30N prepressure and 1.0 Nm torque) of the upper cervical vertebra model. The three-dimensional motion range of rotation was compared with the results of literature to verify the validity of the proposed model. The results showed that a realistic finite element model of upper cervical vertebrae was successfully established in this study. Simulating the physiological load and measuring the angular displacement of the upper cervical vertebrae, the validity of the finite element model of the upper cervical vertebrae is verified, and the geometric similarity of the finite element model of the upper cervical vertebrae is good. It has important reference value for further biomechanical research.
