【摘要】：目的:本研究目的在于通過Meta分析系統(tǒng)比較兩種同類型的5-HT3受體拮抗劑帕洛諾司瓊和托烷司瓊在預(yù)防術(shù)后惡心嘔吐的有效性方面是否存在差異。方法:根據(jù)PRISMA聲明,本研究檢索中文數(shù)據(jù)庫包含:一、維普中文期刊數(shù)據(jù)庫,二、相關(guān)期刊論文,三、萬方數(shù)據(jù)庫。檢索的英文數(shù)據(jù)庫包含有:一、Cochrane library,二、Embase,三、Pub Med數(shù)據(jù)庫。檢索時間從2006年1月至2016年9月。依據(jù)Cochrane Reviewer’s Handbook評估文獻(xiàn)質(zhì)量,應(yīng)用軟件Review Manager5.3分析文獻(xiàn)的數(shù)據(jù)。結(jié)果:本研究總共收入15篇臨床隨機(jī)對照研究,Meta分析結(jié)果顯示,帕洛諾司瓊預(yù)防術(shù)后惡心嘔吐發(fā)生的效果比托烷司瓊更好【RR=0.62,95%CI(0.48,0.80),P0.001】,但帕洛諾司瓊與托烷司瓊在單獨(dú)預(yù)防術(shù)后惡心或術(shù)后嘔吐發(fā)生的效果差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義【RR=0.74,95%CI(0.43,1.25),P=0.27】【RR=0.58,95%CI(0.29,1.15),P=0.10】。結(jié)論:帕洛諾司瓊預(yù)防術(shù)后惡心嘔吐比托烷司瓊更有效。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the efficacy of paronosetron and tropisetron in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting by Meta analysis system. Methods: according to the PRISMA statement, The main contents of this study are as follows: first, the Chinese journal database, the second, the full text database of the Chinese periodical, the third, the full text database of the Chinese periodical. Wanfang Database. The English databases are as follows: 1 Cochrane library, 2 Embase, 3 Pub Med. The retrieval time is from January 2006 to September 2016. The quality of literature is evaluated according to Cochrane Reviewer's Handbook. Results: a total of 15 clinical randomized controlled trials were included in this study. The effect of paronosetron on the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting was better than that of tropisetron [RRR0.6295CI0.480.80 P0.001], but there was no significant difference between paronosetron and tropisetron alone in the prevention of postoperative nausea or postoperative vomiting [RR0.7495CI0.431.25P0.27] [RRN 0.5895 CI0.291.15 P0.10]. Noisetron is more effective than tropisetron in preventing postoperative nausea and vomiting.
