【摘要】：目的研究分析高血壓性腦出血的相關(guān)危險性因素與臨床治療。方法選2012年3月至2016年3月收治的高血壓性腦出血患者74例(觀察組)與同期未出血的高血壓患者148例(對照組)作為研究對象�；仡櫺苑治鰡我蛩嘏c多因素引發(fā)腦出血的危險因素,并探討臨床治療。結(jié)果在單因素分析中,發(fā)現(xiàn)患者年齡、體質(zhì)量指數(shù)、吸煙、飲酒、糖尿病、高血壓分級、膽固醇、三酰甘油以及服用降壓藥物規(guī)律性與高血壓性腦出血具有一定關(guān)系;而多因素分析中,患者吸煙、糖尿病、高血壓分級、三酰甘油、膽固醇、是否規(guī)律服用降壓藥與高血壓性腦出血獨立相關(guān);采取單用藥物控制患者血壓的患者出血量要高于聯(lián)合用藥的患者,數(shù)據(jù)符合統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論高血壓性腦出血的患者與吸煙、飲酒等不良生活習(xí)慣有關(guān),且患者血壓控制效果不理想,存在嚴重高血脂也會增加出血率,患者聯(lián)合用藥可降低出血率。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and analyze the risk factors and clinical treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Methods 74 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were treated from March 2012 to March 2016. 148 cases (control group) were studied. The risk factors of intracerebral hemorrhage caused by univariate and multivariate analysis were retrospectively analyzed. Results in univariate analysis, age, body mass index (BMI), smoking, alcohol consumption, diabetes mellitus, hypertension grade, cholesterol were found. The regularity of triacylglycerol and antihypertensive drugs was associated with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and in multivariate analysis, smoking, diabetes, hypertension grading, triglyceride, cholesterol, Whether regular use of antihypertensive drugs is independent of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, the blood loss of patients who take single drug to control their blood pressure is higher than that of patients with combined use of drugs, the data accord with statistical significance (P 0.05). Conclusion patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage and smoking, The bad living habits such as drinking were related, and the blood pressure control effect was not satisfactory. Serious hyperlipidemia would also increase the bleeding rate, and the bleeding rate could be reduced by combined use of drugs.
