【摘要】：目的:旨在探討MRI斜冠狀位掃描診斷跟腓韌帶(Calcaneofibular ligament,CFL)損傷的價值。材料與方法:回顧性分析95例疑似CFL損傷患者的MRI資料,計(jì)算斜冠狀位掃描與其他方位掃描診斷CFL損傷的敏感度、特異度及準(zhǔn)確度;通過P值及Kappa值分析斜冠狀位掃描與其他方位掃描的差異及與手術(shù)結(jié)果的一致性。結(jié)果:斜冠狀位掃描與其他方位掃描具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異,聯(lián)合傳統(tǒng)MRI掃描診斷CFL損傷的敏感度、特異度及準(zhǔn)確度分別為93.1%、97.3%和94.7%,且與手術(shù)結(jié)果具有高度一致性。結(jié)論:MRI斜冠狀位掃描極大的提高了診斷CFL損傷的敏感度、特異度及準(zhǔn)確度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the value of MRI oblique coronal scanning in the diagnosis of calcaneofibular ligamentous ligament injury. Materials and methods: the MRI data of 95 patients with suspected CFL injury were retrospectively analyzed. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of oblique coronal scan and other azimuth scanning in the diagnosis of CFL damage were calculated. P value and Kappa value were used to analyze the difference between oblique coronal scan and other azimuth scanning and the consistency with the surgical results. Results: there was statistical difference between oblique coronal scan and other azimuth scan. The specificity and accuracy were 93.3% and 94.7%, respectively, which were in high agreement with the operative results. Conclusion the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of CFL damage can be greatly improved by the oblique coronal scan.
