【摘要】：正月經(jīng)性氣胸(catamenial pneumothorax,CPTX)是自發(fā)性氣胸的特殊類型,臨床少見(jiàn),常反復(fù)發(fā)作在月經(jīng)周期。30歲以上女性多發(fā)�，F(xiàn)將本科收住的1例CPTX患者的診治情況報(bào)道如下。1臨床資料患者,女,33歲,間斷性胸痛、胸悶、氣短1年入院。1年前患者開(kāi)始無(wú)明顯誘因出現(xiàn)右側(cè)胸痛、胸悶、氣短,當(dāng)時(shí)行胸部CT診斷:右側(cè)氣胸。予胸腔穿刺和胸腔閉式引流后氣胸治愈。此后每月月經(jīng)后即發(fā)作右側(cè)氣胸,均經(jīng)上述方式治療痊
[Abstract]:Chronic pneumothorax (CPTX) is a special type of spontaneous pneumothorax, which is rare in clinical practice and is frequently repeated in women over the age of 30 years. The diagnosis and treatment of 1 case of CPTX in our undergraduate course are reported as follows: 1 female 33 years old. Intermittent chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath, 1 year admission. 1 year ago patients began to have right chest pain, chest tightness, shortness of breath without obvious inducement. Chest CT diagnosis at that time: right pneumothorax. Pneumothorax cured by thoracic puncture and closed thoracic drainage. After each month of menstruation, right pneumothorax occurred.
