新型腰椎后路經(jīng)皮動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)固定系統(tǒng)的力學(xué)測試

【摘要】:[目的]對一種新型的腰椎后路可經(jīng)皮微創(chuàng)置入的動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)固定系統(tǒng)的動(dòng)態(tài)棒進(jìn)行力學(xué)測試,探討其臨床應(yīng)用的理論基礎(chǔ)。[方法]提出新型動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)固定棒的設(shè)計(jì)思路,委托器械公司加工制造樣品,進(jìn)行新型腰椎后路微創(chuàng)動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)固定棒與堅(jiān)強(qiáng)內(nèi)固定棒的力學(xué)測試,分組進(jìn)行抗壓、拉伸、扭轉(zhuǎn)試驗(yàn)(包括正轉(zhuǎn)與反轉(zhuǎn)),記錄微創(chuàng)動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)固定棒與堅(jiān)強(qiáng)內(nèi)固定棒在不同程度載荷下的位移程度、扭轉(zhuǎn)程度,比較其差異。[結(jié)果]加載生理負(fù)荷范圍下,微創(chuàng)動(dòng)態(tài)內(nèi)固定棒的屈曲活動(dòng)度、位移活動(dòng)度及扭轉(zhuǎn)活動(dòng)度分別為15°、0.48 mm及6°,與堅(jiān)強(qiáng)固定棒相比均存在顯著差異,有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。[結(jié)論]該系統(tǒng)符合微創(chuàng)與動(dòng)態(tài)固定理念,并具有良好的穩(wěn)定性,同時(shí)可部分保留固定節(jié)段的活動(dòng)度。
[Abstract]:[Objective] to a new lumbar posterior by minimally invasive percutaneous implantation of dynamic dynamic rod fixation system for mechanical testing, to explore the theoretical basis for its clinical application. The loading range under physiological load, minimally invasive dynamic internal fixation best flexion, displacement activity and torsional activity of 15 degrees respectively, 0.48 mm and 6 degrees, compared with rigid bars were significantly different, with statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion the system meets the micro The concept of dynamic setting and dynamic fixation has good stability, while the activity of fixed segment can be partially retained.
