【摘要】：目的分析Nora病的臨床病理特點及診療方法。方法回顧分析2009年5月—2015年1月收治的3例Nora病患者臨床資料,其中男2例,女1例;年齡49~56歲。X線片及CT示指骨周圍鈣質(zhì)密度影,MRI呈中等T1信號、T2高信號。完整切除腫塊及包膜,見骨性組織塊及顆粒物。病理檢查見異型軟骨細胞、高分化梭形細胞、骨軟骨界面藍色著色和散在的雙核或離奇放大的軟骨細胞。結(jié)果術(shù)后分別隨訪1.2、2.5、3.2年。復查X線片示骨皮質(zhì)光滑,無復發(fā)。結(jié)論對Nora病需加強認識,其病理特征獨特,術(shù)后應密切隨訪是否復發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinicopathological features and diagnosis and treatment of Nora's disease. Methods the clinical data of 3 patients with Nora's disease from May 2009 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, including 2 males and 1 female. Age 49 ~ 56 years old. X-ray film and CT showed that the periphalangeal calcareous density MRI showed medium T1 signal intensity and T2 hyperintense signal. The mass and capsule were removed completely, and bone tissue mass and particulate matter were found. Pathological examination showed abnormal chondrocytes and highly differentiated fusiform cells. Results the results showed that the bone cortex was smooth and there was no recurrence in X-ray films. Conclusion the understanding of Nora's disease should be strengthened and its pathological features are unique. Any recurrence should be followed up closely after operation.
