【摘要】：目的探討?yīng)毣罴纳杪?lián)合塞來昔布對(duì)老年膝骨關(guān)節(jié)炎(KOA)患者炎性因子、內(nèi)皮功能及膝關(guān)節(jié)功能的影響。方法選擇老年KOA患者98例,按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為觀察組與對(duì)照組各49例。對(duì)照組給予塞來昔布治療,觀察組在對(duì)照組基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合獨(dú)活寄生丸治療。兩組療程均為6 w。比較兩組療效,治療前后關(guān)節(jié)壓痛指數(shù)和靜息痛指數(shù)、血清炎癥因子、內(nèi)皮功能及膝關(guān)節(jié)功能改善情況。結(jié)果觀察組治療總有效率高于對(duì)照組,治療后關(guān)節(jié)壓痛指數(shù)和靜息痛指數(shù)評(píng)分低于對(duì)照組,白細(xì)胞介素(IL)-1、IL-6、IL-8水平低于對(duì)照組一氧化氮(NO)水平高于對(duì)照組,而內(nèi)皮素(ET)-1水平低于對(duì)照組,Lysholm膝關(guān)節(jié)評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組(均P0.05)。結(jié)論獨(dú)活寄生丸聯(lián)合塞來昔布對(duì)老年KOA患者療效明顯,且降低炎性因子IL-1、IL-6、IL-8水平,改善內(nèi)皮功能及膝關(guān)節(jié)功能,具有重要研究意義。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of Duhuzheng pills combined with celecoxib on inflammatory factors, endothelial function and knee joint function in elderly patients with osteoarthritis of knee. Methods 98 elderly patients with KOA were selected. According to the method of random number table, 49 cases in the observation group and 49 cases in the control group were divided into two groups. The control group was treated with celecoxib, and the observation group was treated with Duhuozhongwan on the basis of the control group. The course of treatment was 6 ws. the curative effect was compared between the two groups. Before and after treatment, the joint tenderness index, resting pain index, serum inflammatory factor, endothelial function and knee joint function were improved. Results the total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. After treatment, the scores of joint tenderness index and resting pain index were lower than those of the control group, and the level of IL-8 was lower than that of the control group, and the level of IL-8 was higher than that of the control group. However, the level of endothelin (et) was lower than that of control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Duhuozheng pill combined with celecoxib is effective in elderly patients with KOA, and it can decrease the level of IL-1-IL-6IL-8 and improve endothelial function and knee function. It has important research significance.
