【摘要】：正脊柱感染(spinal infections)是指特定病原微生物引起的椎體、椎間盤及椎體周圍軟組織的感染~([1])。文獻報道成人脊柱感染的年發(fā)病率約為0.83/10萬~([2])。脊柱感染通常發(fā)病隱匿,嚴重者會導致神經功能受損、脊柱畸形、癱瘓甚至死亡等。近年來,脊柱感染的發(fā)病率呈上升趨勢,使脊柱感染的診斷與治療面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)�，F(xiàn)就脊柱感染的分型、診斷以及治療相關方面綜述如下。
[Abstract]:Spinal Infectionsrefers to the infection of vertebrae, intervertebral discs and soft tissue around vertebrae caused by specific pathogenic microbes ([1]). The annual incidence of adult spinal infections is about 0.83 / 100,000 ([2]). The incidence of spinal infections is usually concealed. Severe cases can lead to neurological impairment, spinal malformation, paralysis or even death. In recent years, the incidence of spinal infections has been on the rise, making the diagnosis and treatment of spinal infections face new challenges. The diagnosis and treatment related aspects are summarized below.
