【摘要】：通過(guò)對(duì)"舒適化醫(yī)療"的概念、臨床應(yīng)用進(jìn)行闡述,對(duì)"舒適化醫(yī)療"與醫(yī)學(xué)倫理學(xué)的關(guān)系進(jìn)行分析,有利于提高患者對(duì)無(wú)痛技術(shù)的認(rèn)識(shí),緩解對(duì)就醫(yī)的恐懼心理,推進(jìn)醫(yī)患關(guān)系的和諧發(fā)展。同時(shí),通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)"舒適化醫(yī)療"發(fā)展中存在的困難和挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行討論,從而提出相關(guān)對(duì)策并對(duì)以后的發(fā)展道路進(jìn)行展望,有利于患者對(duì)"舒適化醫(yī)療"的正確認(rèn)識(shí),也有利于提高麻醉醫(yī)生的自身責(zé)任感和對(duì)患者的人文關(guān)懷,引導(dǎo)"舒適化醫(yī)療"模式的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Through explaining the concept of "comfortable medical treatment" and clinical application, and analyzing the relationship between "comfortable medical treatment" and medical ethics, it is helpful to improve patients' understanding of painless technology and ease their fear of seeking medical treatment. To promote the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship. At the same time, through the discussion of the difficulties and challenges in the development of "comfortable medical treatment" in China, this paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures and prospects for the future development. It is beneficial to the patients' correct understanding of "comfortable medical treatment", to the enhancement of the anesthesiologist's sense of responsibility and humanistic care to the patients, and to the sustainable development of the mode of "comfortable medical treatment".
