【摘要】：探討乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)術(shù)中縫合背闊肌前緣對(duì)術(shù)后引流量的影響。選取從2015年7月~2015年12月在筆者所在科室行乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)的患者60例,隨機(jī)分為改進(jìn)組(30例):在術(shù)中改良根治術(shù)完成后即時(shí)行背闊肌前緣與側(cè)胸壁前鋸肌的縫合;對(duì)照組僅行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)(30例),分析比較兩組術(shù)后引流量。結(jié)果顯示改進(jìn)組患者的中位總引流量(326.03ml)明顯少于B組患者的中位總引流量(367.83ml)(P=0.015)。兩組的術(shù)后引流量在第三天出現(xiàn)明顯差異。改進(jìn)組術(shù)后的中位拔管時(shí)間(5.66d)明顯少于對(duì)照組(6.23d)(P=0.009)�？p合背闊肌前緣可以明顯減少乳腺癌改良根治術(shù)術(shù)后的創(chuàng)面滲液,從而縮短患者帶管時(shí)間,減少住院時(shí)間,減輕患者的經(jīng)濟(jì)負(fù)擔(dān)和精神負(fù)擔(dān)。
[Abstract]:To investigate the effect of suturing the anterior edge of latissimus dorsi on postoperative drainage during modified radical mastectomy, 60 patients who underwent modified radical mastectomy in our department from July 2015 to December 2015 were selected. 30 cases were randomly divided into two groups: the anterior margin of latissimus dorsi and the anterior serratus muscle of the lateral chest wall were sutured immediately after the modified radical operation. 30 patients in the control group were treated with standard modified radical mastectomy. The results showed that the median total drainage volume of the patients in the improved group was significantly lower than that in the group B (367.83 ml / 0.015). The postoperative drainage of the patients in the two groups was compared with that of the patients in the modified radical mastectomy group, and the results showed that the median total drainage volume of the patients in the improved group was significantly lower than that of the patients in group B. The mean extubation time in the modified group was significantly less than that in the control group (6.23 days). Suturing the anterior edge of latissimus dorsi could significantly reduce the effusion of wound surface after modified radical mastectomy. In order to shorten the time of patients with tube, reduce the length of hospital stay, reduce the economic burden and mental burden of patients.
