【摘要】：目的:探討瑞芬太尼用于產(chǎn)科全身麻醉(簡稱全麻)誘導(dǎo)對產(chǎn)婦及新生兒的影響.方法:選擇行剖宮產(chǎn)手術(shù)并且必須行全麻的產(chǎn)婦70例,隨機分為A組(對照組)和B組(瑞芬太尼誘導(dǎo)組).監(jiān)測患者入室(T0)、切皮(T1)、氣管插管(T2)和拔管(T3)4個時間點兩組產(chǎn)婦血流動力學(xué)參數(shù)、所有新生兒出生時Apgar評分.結(jié)果:切皮、插管兩個時間點,A組患者血壓、心率明顯高于B組患者,拔管時兩組患者血壓、心率比較無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異.兩組新生兒Apgar評分無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異.結(jié)論:瑞芬太尼麻醉誘導(dǎo)平穩(wěn),且對新生兒Apgar評分無影響,因此,瑞芬太尼可以安全地用于產(chǎn)科全麻誘導(dǎo).
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the effect of remifentanil on the puerpera and newborns induced by general anesthesia in obstetrics. Methods: 70 cases of parturient undergoing cesarean section and general anesthesia were selected. They were randomly divided into two groups: group A (control group) and group B (remifentanil induction group). The hemodynamic parameters and Apgar score of all newborns at birth were monitored at four time points: T0, T1, T2 and T3. The blood pressure and heart rate in group A were significantly higher than those in group B at two time points of intubation. There was no significant difference in blood pressure and heart rate between the two groups at the time of extubation. There was no significant difference in Apgar score between the two groups. Conclusion: remifentanil anesthesia induction is stable. Therefore, remifentanil can be safely used in general anesthesia induction in obstetrics.
