【摘要】：目的總結(jié)微創(chuàng)接骨板技術(shù)(MIPPO)技術(shù)的臨床經(jīng)驗,探討Mippo技術(shù)治療脛骨骨折的療效。方法選取2013年1月~2015年12月我院收治的使用MIPPO技術(shù)治療的脛骨骨折52例患者為研究對象,以手術(shù)時間、術(shù)中出血量、術(shù)后引流量、切口愈合情況、骨折愈合情況作為評估指標(biāo),術(shù)后定期隨訪并使用Johner-Wruhs評分評定療效。結(jié)果 52例均獲得8~24個月隨訪,平均隨訪(11.8±2.8)月,平均手術(shù)時間85 min,平均術(shù)中出血量65 mL,平均術(shù)后引流量60 mL,平均傷口愈合時間15.5天,平均骨折愈合時間14~37周,其中1例骨折不愈合,所有患者均未出現(xiàn)切口感染、皮緣壞死及內(nèi)固定物松動斷裂等并發(fā)癥,Johner-Wruhs評分:優(yōu)40例,良11例,差1例,優(yōu)良率90.4%。結(jié)論 MIPPO技術(shù)治療脛骨遠(yuǎn)端骨折術(shù)中軟組織剝離少,出血量及引流量少,術(shù)后骨折并發(fā)癥少,可以安全有效的治療脛骨遠(yuǎn)端復(fù)雜骨折,在臨床應(yīng)用中取得滿意療效。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize the clinical experience of minimally invasive plate technique (MIPPO) in the treatment of tibial fractures. Methods 52 cases of tibial fractures treated with MIPPO technique from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected as the study objects. The operative time, intraoperative bleeding volume, postoperative drainage volume, wound healing and fracture healing were evaluated. The results were evaluated by Johner-Wruhs score. Results 52 cases were followed up for 8 to 24 months (mean 11.8 鹵2.8) months. The average operative time was 85 minutes, the average intraoperative bleeding was 65 mL, the average drainage was 60 mL, the average wound healing time was 15.5 days, and the average fracture healing time was 1437 weeks. Johner-Wruhs score of dermatogenous necrosis and loose fracture of internal fixator: excellent 40 cases, good 11 cases, poor 1 case, excellent and good rate 90.4%. Conclusion MIPPO technique for distal tibial fractures has less soft tissue exfoliation, less bleeding and less drainage. The complications of postoperative fracture are less and can be used safely and effectively to treat complex distal tibial fractures, and satisfactory results have been obtained in clinical application.
