【摘要】：目的·探討成人橫紋肌肉瘤(RMS)的臨床病理特點及預后。方法·回顧性分析9例RMS患者臨床和病理資料,及免疫組織化學檢測結果。結果·該組患者平均年齡(46.89±20.09)歲,其中男性6例,女性3例。腫瘤分布范圍廣。組織學亞型包括胚胎性RMS 6例,腺泡狀RMS、多形性RMS和梭形細胞RMS各1例。免疫組織化學檢測結果顯示,橫紋肌標記陽性例數分別為肌細胞生成蛋白陽性6例、肌調節(jié)蛋白陽性4例、結蛋白陽性8例。7例隨訪中無瘤生存僅2例,帶瘤生存(均為術后出現復發(fā)或轉移)2例,死于腫瘤3例。結論·該組成人RMS病例中以胚胎性RMS最常見,免疫組織化學檢測有助于RMS的診斷。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of adult rhabdomyosarcoma. Methods: the clinical and pathological data of 9 patients with RMS and the results of immunohistochemical examination were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 6 cases were male and 3 cases were female. There were 6 cases of embryonal RMS, 1 case of acinar RMS, 1 case of pleomorphic RMS and 1 case of fusiform cell RMS. The histological subtypes included 6 cases of embryonic RMS, 1 case of pleomorphic RMS and 1 case of fusiform cell RMS. The positive cases of rhabdomyogenic protein in 6 cases, myomodulin positive in 4 cases, desmin positive in 8 cases, tumor-free survival in 7 cases, tumor-free survival in 2 cases (both recurrence or metastasis occurred in 2 cases). Conclusion: embryonal RMS is the most common RMS in this group. Immunohistochemical examination is helpful for the diagnosis of RMS.
