【摘要】：背景未能評估老年患者在輕度損傷時的功能衰退狀況可能會導(dǎo)致不良的健康結(jié)局。本文旨在明確是什么引起臨床意義上的功能衰退和臨床決策儀器所需的靈敏度,從而鑒別出老年患者損傷后的功能衰退。方法在深入的開發(fā)過程之后,對178例家庭醫(yī)生的隨機(jī)樣本進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查。使用改進(jìn)的Dillman技術(shù)開展調(diào)查。結(jié)果 143份合格調(diào)查問卷中,回收完整調(diào)查問卷67份,回收率為46.9%。家庭醫(yī)生表示,在28分制的老年美國資源和服務(wù)操作功能評價量表(OARS)中,90%的醫(yī)生認(rèn)為至少有3分的降幅即為臨床上有意義。90%的醫(yī)生會對檢測輕微創(chuàng)傷6個月后存在功能下降風(fēng)險患者的臨床決策儀器的靈敏度達(dá)到90%或以上感到滿意。大多數(shù)家庭醫(yī)生并不會定期評估OARS中針對創(chuàng)傷老年患者的大多數(shù)任務(wù)。結(jié)論絕大部分家庭醫(yī)生(90%)認(rèn)為OARS上至少有3分的降幅對明確功能衰退具有重要意義,而且會對檢測這種衰退癥狀的靈敏度達(dá)到90%的臨床決策儀感到滿意。
[Abstract]:Background failure to assess the functional decline in elderly patients with mild injury may lead to poor health outcomes. The purpose of this article is to determine what causes functional decline in the clinical sense and the sensitivity required for clinical decision-making instruments. . In order to identify the elderly patients with functional decline after injury. Methods after in-depth development process. The random sample of 178 family doctors was investigated by using the improved Dillman technique. Results 67 complete questionnaires were collected out of 143 eligible questionnaires. The recovery rate was 46.9%. Family doctors indicated that OARS was used in the 28 score scale for the Evaluation of Resource and Service Operations in the United States of America. 90% of doctors believe that a decrease of at least 3 points is clinically significant. 90% of doctors will have a sensitivity of 90% or more to clinical decision-making instruments that detect patients at risk of functional decline 6 months after mild trauma. Most family doctors do not regularly evaluate most of the tasks in the OARS for traumatized elderly patients. Think that at least three cents drop in the OARS is important for clear functional decline. And will be satisfied with the sensitivity of this decline in the detection of 90% clinical decision-making instrument.
