【摘要】：隨著醫(yī)學(xué)技術(shù)及觀念的進(jìn)步,癌癥患者的生存期越來(lái)越長(zhǎng),脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的發(fā)病率亦逐年增高,其主要表現(xiàn)為疼痛、神經(jīng)功能障礙和脊柱不穩(wěn)等,這些癥狀嚴(yán)重影響著患者的生活質(zhì)量和預(yù)后。目前,外科治療依然是脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤的最重要的治療手段,但越來(lái)越多的治療策略正在呈現(xiàn)出來(lái),脊柱微創(chuàng)手術(shù)的快速發(fā)展明顯減少了患者的術(shù)后并發(fā)癥,立體定向放療為脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤提供更精準(zhǔn)的定位及可靠的療效,與此同時(shí),靶向治療、免疫治療藥物的效果亦收到了確切的臨床效果。相信通過(guò)多學(xué)科的共同努力,脊柱轉(zhuǎn)移瘤患者的生活質(zhì)量及生存期將會(huì)得到大幅度提升。
[Abstract]:With the development of medical technology and concept, the survival time of cancer patients is longer and longer, and the incidence of spinal metastases is increasing year by year. The main manifestations of cancer are pain, neurological dysfunction and spinal instability. These symptoms seriously affect the quality of life and prognosis of patients. At present, surgical treatment is still the most important treatment of spinal metastases, but more and more treatment strategies are emerging. The rapid development of minimally invasive spinal surgery significantly reduces postoperative complications. Stereotactic radiotherapy provides a more accurate location and reliable efficacy for spinal metastases, while targeted therapy. It is believed that the quality of life and survival of patients with spinal metastases will be greatly improved through the joint efforts of many disciplines.
