【摘要】：目的：比較瞼袋整形術(shù)同時行眶隔脂肪釋放與填充劑矯治淚溝畸形后滿意度及并發(fā)癥結(jié)果,分析兩者優(yōu)劣。方法：選取2012年10月-2014年10月來我院就診的68例下瞼袋伴淚溝畸形的求美者,按隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為A、B兩組,每組各34例。A組給予瞼袋整形術(shù)聯(lián)合眶隔脂肪釋放治療,B組給予瞼袋整形術(shù)聯(lián)合填充劑治療。術(shù)后分別進(jìn)行6-12個月的隨訪,比較分析兩者的治療效果與不良反應(yīng)。結(jié)果：A組與B組相比,在下瞼退縮、瞼外翻并發(fā)癥上差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),在球結(jié)膜水腫、小范圍出血、皮膚瘀斑并發(fā)癥上差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。HA注射后6個月后A組與B組淚溝畸形恢復(fù)滿意度差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),12個月后A組與B組淚溝畸形恢復(fù)滿意度差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。術(shù)后6個月A組與B組淚溝畸形基于Barton分級系統(tǒng)比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05),術(shù)后12個月A組與B組淚溝畸形基于Barton分級系統(tǒng)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論：瞼袋整形術(shù)聯(lián)合眶隔脂肪釋放是矯治淚溝畸形較為理想的手術(shù)方法,填充劑雖然也可矯治淚溝畸形,但由于其存在時效性,并且填充劑治療本身存在一定并發(fā)癥,故相對于瞼袋整形術(shù)聯(lián)合眶隔脂肪釋放治療有一定局限性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to compare the satisfaction and complications of blepharoplasty with orbital fat release and filling agent in correction of lacrimal sulcus deformity. Methods: 68 cases of lower eyelid bag with lacrimal sulcus malformation from October 2012 to October 2014 were selected and divided into two groups according to random digital table. Each group (34 cases) was treated with blepharoplasty combined with orbital fat release. Group B was treated with blepharoplasty combined with filling agent and followed up 6-12 months after operation. Results there was no significant difference in lower eyelid retraction and ectropion complications between group A and group B. there was no significant difference in the complications of blepharoptosis (P 0.05), edema of bulbar conjunctiva and hemorrhage in small area. There was no significant difference in the recovery satisfaction of lacrimal sulcus deformity between group A and group B 6 months after injection (P 0.05). After 12 months, there was a significant difference in satisfaction with the recovery of lacrimal sulcus deformity between group A and group B (P 0.05). 6 months after operation, there was no significant difference in lacrimal sulcus malformation between group A and group B based on Barton classification system (P 0.05). 12 months after operation, there was a significant difference between group A and group B in lacrimal sulcus malformation based on Barton classification system (P0.05). Conclusion: blepharoplasty combined with orbital fat release is an ideal method for correction of lacrimal sulcus malformation. Although fillers can also be used to correct lacrimal sulcus deformities due to their timeliness and some complications associated with blepharoplasty combined with orbital fat release therapy there are some limitations.
