【摘要】：研究高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)對(duì)自發(fā)性伸指肌腱斷裂的修復(fù)性能,將某醫(yī)院患有自發(fā)性伸指肌腱斷裂的78位患者作為研究對(duì)象,隨機(jī)將其劃分成高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)組和對(duì)照組,對(duì)照組在實(shí)驗(yàn)期間不進(jìn)行任何運(yùn)動(dòng),高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)組在功率自行車上進(jìn)行高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)。長(zhǎng)期進(jìn)行高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)后,運(yùn)動(dòng)組的IGF-1mRNA表達(dá)與對(duì)照組相比差異具有顯著性,運(yùn)動(dòng)組自發(fā)性伸指肌腱斷裂患者指關(guān)節(jié)活動(dòng)評(píng)定結(jié)果明顯優(yōu)于未進(jìn)行高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)的患者,且握力明顯增加。說明高負(fù)荷間歇運(yùn)動(dòng)能夠提高自發(fā)性伸指肌腱斷裂患者肌力與手部的整體功能,能夠提高自發(fā)性伸指肌腱斷裂患者的修復(fù)性能。
[Abstract]:To study the effect of intermittent exercise with high load on repairing spontaneous extensor tendon rupture, 78 patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture in a hospital were studied. They were randomly divided into two groups: the high-load intermittent exercise group and the control group. The control group did not perform any exercise during the experiment. The expression of IGF-1mRNA in the exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group after a long period of intermittent exercise. In exercise group, the evaluation results of finger joint activity in patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture were significantly better than those without high load intermittent exercise. The results showed that intermittent exercise with high load could improve the muscle strength and the whole function of the hand in the patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture, and could improve the repair performance of the patients with spontaneous extensor tendon rupture.
