個(gè)性化股骨頭假體建模系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:股骨頭缺血性壞死(ANFH)是一種世界性疾病,針對(duì)這種疾病一種常規(guī)的治療手段是半髖關(guān)節(jié)人工股骨頭置換,而人工股骨頭假體與髖臼的匹配程度,直接影響著手術(shù)效果。目前臨床上使用的股骨頭假體均采用標(biāo)準(zhǔn)件的生產(chǎn)和供應(yīng)模式,然而不同患者之間骨骼形狀存在很大差異,普通零件式股骨頭假體難以適應(yīng)不同患者的個(gè)性化要求,因此人工股骨頭假體的設(shè)計(jì)必然朝量身定制的方向發(fā)展。為了解決這個(gè)問題,必須利用患者自身生物特征參數(shù),借助現(xiàn)代計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)和現(xiàn)代加工技術(shù)制造出與患者髖臼結(jié)構(gòu)相匹配的個(gè)性化人工股骨頭假體,最大限度恢復(fù)患者的生理功能。目前針對(duì)股骨頭假體模型重構(gòu)的研究方案大多是利用多病例樣本條件下的概率統(tǒng)計(jì)優(yōu)化結(jié)果,沒有合理使用患者自身的生物特征參數(shù),缺乏科學(xué)根據(jù),不能重構(gòu)吻合匹配狀態(tài)下目標(biāo)假體模型的狀態(tài),缺乏系統(tǒng)性的重構(gòu)方案。本文從這些亟待解決的問題入手,對(duì)股骨頭假體模型個(gè)性化重構(gòu)前的髖臼自動(dòng)分割過程進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究,并討論了目前最新提出的球頭模型的兩種反求重構(gòu)方案。最后,基于MFC界面框架和OpenCV、MITK以及VTK等計(jì)算機(jī)視覺和圖像處理庫,對(duì)整個(gè)自動(dòng)分割部分進(jìn)行了實(shí)現(xiàn),并整合模型重構(gòu)程序成為一個(gè)完整的系統(tǒng),獲得了股骨頭建模的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)。
[Abstract]:Avascular necrosis of the femoral head (ANFH) is a worldwide disease. A conventional treatment for this disease is the replacement of the artificial femoral head of the half hip and the matching degree between the prosthesis of the femoral head and the acetabulum. The current clinical use of femoral head prostheses are standard parts of the production and supply mode, however, there are significant differences in bone shape among different patients. It is difficult to adapt the individual requirements of different patients to the common part-type femoral head prosthesis, so the design of artificial femoral head prosthesis must develop in the direction of tailor-made. In order to solve this problem. It is necessary to make use of the patient's own biometric parameters and modern computer technology and modern processing technology to produce a personalized artificial femoral head prosthesis that matches the acetabular structure of the patient. At present, most of the research programs for reconstruction of femoral head prosthesis model are based on the probability and statistical optimization results under the condition of multi-case sample. There is no reasonable use of patients' own biometric parameters, lack of scientific basis, unable to reconstruct the state of the target prosthesis model in matching state. There is no systematic reconstruction scheme. This paper studies the automatic acetabular segmentation process before personalized reconstruction of femoral head prosthesis model. Finally, based on the MFC interface framework, OpenCVG MITK and VTK computer vision and image processing libraries are discussed. The whole automatic segmentation part is realized, and the model reconfiguration program is integrated into a complete system, and the key technology of femoral head modeling is obtained.
