【摘要】：目的:探討纖維肌痛綜合征患者生存質(zhì)量及其影響因素。方法:選擇2014年2月至2015年2月在哈醫(yī)大一院風(fēng)濕免疫科門診就診的纖維綜合征患者共40例,采用醫(yī)師與患者溝通以及問卷調(diào)查的方法收集患者的性別、年齡、病程以及并發(fā)癥情況,并對患者疼痛、疲勞、焦慮抑郁、睡眠情況以及生存質(zhì)量進(jìn)行評估。同時(shí)隨機(jī)選取一般正常人群40例作為對照組。應(yīng)用SPSS l7.0統(tǒng)計(jì)軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析。結(jié)果:纖維肌痛綜合征患者生存質(zhì)量顯著低于對照組(P0.05);疲勞程度、焦慮抑郁為影響生存質(zhì)量的主要因素,呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05);疼痛與生存質(zhì)量中活力維度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),疲勞程度與生理職能、一般健康狀況、社會功能以及情感職能4個(gè)維度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05),焦慮抑郁程度以及睡眠質(zhì)量與軀體功能、軀體疼痛以及社會功能3個(gè)維度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.05)。結(jié)論:影響纖維肌痛綜合征患者生存質(zhì)量的因素是多方面的,要想提高患者的生存質(zhì)量,不僅要緩解疼痛及其相關(guān)癥狀,更要同時(shí)改善如疲勞、抑郁焦慮等癥狀。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the quality of life and its influencing factors in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome. A total of 40 patients with fibrotic syndrome were selected from February 2014 to February 2015 in Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Hay Medical University. The patients' sex, age, course of disease and complications were collected by means of communication between doctors and patients and questionnaire survey, and the patients were treated with pain, fatigue, anxiety and depression. Sleep status and quality of life were evaluated. 40 normal subjects were randomly selected as control group. Statistical analysis was carried out with SPSS L7.0 statistical software. Results:. The quality of life in patients with fibromyalgia syndrome was significantly lower than that in the control group (. P0.05; The degree of fatigue, anxiety and depression were the main factors affecting the quality of life, and there was a negative correlation (P 0.05). There was a negative correlation between pain and vitality dimension in quality of life (P0.05), and there was a negative correlation between fatigue degree and physiological function, general health status, social function and emotional function (P0.05). Degree of anxiety and depression, sleep quality and somatic function. The three dimensions of somatic pain and social function were negatively correlated with P0.05.Conclusion: there are many factors that affect the quality of life of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome, and it is necessary to improve the quality of life of patients with fibromyalgia syndrome. Not only to relieve pain and related symptoms, but also to improve symptoms such as fatigue, depression and anxiety.
