【摘要】：目的分析膝關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射醫(yī)用幾丁糖治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎的臨床效果。方法選取本院2013年12月至2015年8月收治的102例膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎患者為研究對(duì)象,根據(jù)治療方案不同將其分為觀察組與對(duì)照組,每組各51例。觀察組患者采用醫(yī)用幾丁糖膝關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射治療方案,對(duì)照組患者采用臭氧膝關(guān)節(jié)腔沖洗治療方案,比較治療前后兩組患者視覺(jué)模擬評(píng)分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)評(píng)分、Lequesne指數(shù)評(píng)分、X線影像學(xué)分級(jí)和臨床療效。結(jié)果治療后不同時(shí)間點(diǎn),觀察組患者VAS評(píng)分和Lequesne指數(shù)評(píng)分[(0.72±0.21)分,(2.25±1.13)分]均明顯低于同期對(duì)照組[(1.22±0.33)分,(4.18±1.42)分](P0.05)。治療后觀察組X線影像學(xué)分級(jí)Ⅱ~Ⅳ級(jí)患者明顯少于對(duì)照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者臨床治療總有效率(94.12%)顯著高于對(duì)照組(82.35%)(P0.05)。結(jié)論膝關(guān)節(jié)腔內(nèi)注射幾丁糖治療膝關(guān)節(jié)骨性關(guān)節(jié)炎,可有效減輕患者疼痛程度,提高患者膝關(guān)節(jié)功能恢復(fù)水平,臨床療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of chitosan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 102 cases of knee osteoarthritis admitted from December 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected. Who is the object of study. The patients in the observation group were divided into observation group and control group with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with intra articular injection of medical chitosan. The patients in the control group were treated with ozone joint cavity irrigation.
