【摘要】：目的分析膝關節(jié)腔內注射醫(yī)用幾丁糖治療膝關節(jié)骨性關節(jié)炎的臨床效果。方法選取本院2013年12月至2015年8月收治的102例膝關節(jié)骨性關節(jié)炎患者為研究對象,根據(jù)治療方案不同將其分為觀察組與對照組,每組各51例。觀察組患者采用醫(yī)用幾丁糖膝關節(jié)腔內注射治療方案,對照組患者采用臭氧膝關節(jié)腔沖洗治療方案,比較治療前后兩組患者視覺模擬評分法(visual analogue scale,VAS)評分、Lequesne指數(shù)評分、X線影像學分級和臨床療效。結果治療后不同時間點,觀察組患者VAS評分和Lequesne指數(shù)評分[(0.72±0.21)分,(2.25±1.13)分]均明顯低于同期對照組[(1.22±0.33)分,(4.18±1.42)分](P0.05)。治療后觀察組X線影像學分級Ⅱ~Ⅳ級患者明顯少于對照組(P0.05)。觀察組患者臨床治療總有效率(94.12%)顯著高于對照組(82.35%)(P0.05)。結論膝關節(jié)腔內注射幾丁糖治療膝關節(jié)骨性關節(jié)炎,可有效減輕患者疼痛程度,提高患者膝關節(jié)功能恢復水平,臨床療效確切。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the clinical effect of intra-articular injection of chitosan in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis. Methods 102 cases of knee osteoarthritis admitted from December 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital were selected. Who is the object of study.
