【摘要】：目的研究頸椎退行性病伴高血壓老年患者的治療方法及臨床效果。方法選取2015年2月~2017年3月頸椎退行性病伴高血壓老年患者84例分兩組,甲組給予單純藥物治療;乙組在甲組基礎(chǔ)上給予頸部整脊推拿。就兩組患者治療前后頸椎病活動度、睡眠質(zhì)量、血壓水平和頸椎退行性病伴高血壓治療效果、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率進行比較。結(jié)果乙組頸椎退行性病伴高血壓治療效果明顯高于甲組,P0.05。2組不良反應(yīng)均比較輕微,只有個別出現(xiàn)惡心,P0.05。治療前頸椎病活動度、睡眠質(zhì)量、血壓水平相似,P0.05。乙組患者治療后頸椎病活動度、睡眠質(zhì)量、血壓水平均明顯優(yōu)于甲組,P0.05。結(jié)論頸椎退行性病伴高血壓老年患者給予藥物和頸部整脊推拿效果確切,可有效改善血壓和頸椎病活動度,提高患者睡眠質(zhì)量,無明顯副作用,值得推廣。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the treatment and clinical effect of elderly patients with cervical degenerative disease complicated with hypertension. Methods 84 cases of cervical degenerative disease with hypertension from February 2015 to March 2017 were divided into two groups. Group A was given simple drug therapy; Group B was given cervical chiropractic massage on the basis of group A. before and after treatment, the two groups of patients with cervical spondylosis activity, sleep quality, blood pressure level and cervical degenerative disease with hypertension treatment effect. Results the treatment effect of cervical degenerative disease with hypertension in group B was significantly higher than that in group A (P 0.05.2). P0.05. activity, sleep quality and blood pressure level of cervical spondylosis were similar before treatment. Group B patients with cervical spondylopathy after treatment, sleep quality, blood pressure level were significantly better than group A. P0.05.Conclusion Cervical degenerative disease with hypertension in elderly patients with drug and cervical chiropractic massage is effective, can effectively improve blood pressure and cervical spondylosis activity, improve the quality of sleep in patients, without obvious side effects. It is worth popularizing.
