青少年特發(fā)性脊柱側(cè)彎嚴(yán)重程度與全脊柱活動(dòng)度的相關(guān)性分析

【摘要】:目的:利用脊柱形態(tài)測(cè)量?jī)xSpinal Mouse對(duì)患者全脊柱活動(dòng)度進(jìn)行量化測(cè)量,將其結(jié)果分別與主彎Cobb角、頂椎旋轉(zhuǎn)度和支具佩戴時(shí)間進(jìn)行相關(guān)性分析,確定如何設(shè)計(jì)針對(duì)性的醫(yī)療體操訓(xùn)練。方法:選取2015年1月至2016年5月于我中心接受康復(fù)治療的48例AIS患者作為研究對(duì)象,男性8例、女性40例。平均年齡(13.46±2.00)歲;平均站立位主彎Cobb角24.29°±9.48°;Risser征平均2.21°±1.80°;主彎頂椎旋轉(zhuǎn)度平均1.08°±0.77°;支具佩戴時(shí)間平均(17.54±21.36)個(gè)月。利用Spinal Mouse為患者進(jìn)行脊柱前屈、后伸及左右側(cè)屈活動(dòng)度的測(cè)量。結(jié)果:主彎Cobb角、主彎頂椎椎體旋轉(zhuǎn)度、支具佩戴時(shí)間均與站立位側(cè)屈活動(dòng)度呈負(fù)相關(guān)(P0.01),但均與站立位前屈及后伸活動(dòng)度無(wú)明顯相關(guān)性(P0.05)。結(jié)論:主彎Cobb角、椎體旋轉(zhuǎn)度的嚴(yán)重程度以及長(zhǎng)時(shí)間佩戴支具對(duì)患者全脊柱側(cè)屈活動(dòng)度有影響,而對(duì)屈伸活動(dòng)度無(wú)明顯影響。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure the motion of the whole spine by Spinal Mouse, and to compare the results with the Cobb angle of the main curvature. The correlation between the degree of rotation of the top vertebra and the wear time of the brace was analyzed. Methods: from January 2015 to May 2016, 48 patients with AIS received rehabilitation treatment in our center, 8 males. 40 cases were female. The average age was 13.46 鹵2.00 years old. The mean Cobb angle of the main bend in standing position was 24.29 擄鹵9.48 擄; The mean Risser sign was 2.21 擄鹵1.80 擄; The mean degree of rotation was 1.08 擄鹵0.77 擄. The average wear time was 17.54 鹵21.36 months. Spinal flexion was performed with Spinal Mouse. Results: there was a negative correlation between the Cobb angle of the main curvature, the rotation of the vertebrae of the main curved top vertebra, the time of bearing wear and the lateral flexion activity in the standing position (P 0.01). But there was no significant correlation with the flexion and extension of standing position (P 0.05). Conclusion: the Cobb angle of the main bend. The severity of vertebral body rotation and the long-term wearing of braces had an effect on the total spinal flexion and activity, but had no significant effect on the flexion and extension.
