【摘要】：藍(lán)光可殺滅多種革蘭陽(yáng)性菌(金黃色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、糞腸球菌、產(chǎn)氣莢膜梭菌)和革蘭陰性菌(鮑曼不動(dòng)桿菌、銅綠假單胞菌、大腸桿菌、變形桿菌、肺炎克雷伯菌)。藍(lán)光在臨床上廣泛用來(lái)治療新生兒黃疸和痤瘡。近來(lái)人們發(fā)現(xiàn),藍(lán)光對(duì)過(guò)敏性皮炎和銀屑病也有一定的治療作用。該文綜合近幾年的國(guó)內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn),介紹藍(lán)光在基礎(chǔ)及臨床醫(yī)學(xué)上的研究進(jìn)展,旨在為臨床醫(yī)師和科研人員提供文獻(xiàn)參考。
[Abstract]:Blue light can kill a variety of Gram-positive bacteria (Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus epidermidis, Enterococcus faecalis, Clostridium perfringens) and Gram-negative bacteria (Acinetobacter baumannii, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Proteus, Klebsiella pneumoniae). Blue light is widely used in clinical treatment of neonatal jaundice and acne. Recently, it has been found that blue light also has a certain therapeutic effect on allergic dermatitis and psoriasis. Based on the literature at home and abroad in recent years, this paper introduces the research progress of blue light in basic and clinical medicine, in order to provide literature reference for clinicians and researchers.
