【摘要】：目的研究制備用于骨組織工程再生的白及多糖復合支架材料,采用正交實驗的方法優(yōu)化最佳配比。方法將純化的白及多糖用高碘酸鈉氧化改性,并與羥丙基殼聚糖和納米珍珠層粉共混,冷凍干燥法得到復合支架材料,測試材料性能。結(jié)果研究制備出白及多糖復合支架材料并得出最優(yōu)比例,支架材料各項指標符合組織工程要求。結(jié)論成功用正交分析方法優(yōu)化了白及多糖復合支架材料,為其進一步研究提供了理論依據(jù),有望成為新型組織工程生物支架材料。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the preparation of white and polysaccharide composite scaffolds for bone tissue engineering regeneration and to optimize the optimum proportion by orthogonal experiment. Methods the purified white and polysaccharide were oxidized and modified by sodium periodate and mixed with hydroxypropyl chitosan and nano-pearl layer powder. The composite scaffolds were prepared by freeze-drying method and the properties of the materials were tested. Results White and polysaccharide composite scaffolds were prepared and the optimal proportion was obtained. the indexes of scaffolds met the requirements of tissue engineering. Conclusion the composite scaffold material of Baihe polysaccharide was successfully optimized by orthogonal analysis, which provided a theoretical basis for its further study and was expected to become a new type of tissue engineering biological scaffold material.
