【摘要】：正據(jù)《中華商務(wù)網(wǎng)》報(bào)道,中國(guó)和美國(guó)的科研人員合作研發(fā)的Mg-Zn-Zr合金支架名為JBDM,已于兔子血管中連續(xù)試驗(yàn)16周,不但降解速度均勻,而且仍能保持結(jié)構(gòu)完整。可降解的鎂-鋅-鋯合金可應(yīng)用于生物組織工程和醫(yī)療設(shè)備,比如心血管支架。采用這種合金支架不僅可以避免對(duì)假體取出的第二次外科手術(shù),也可規(guī)避永久性植入物的長(zhǎng)期異物
[Abstract]:According to the China Business Network, the Mg-Zn-Zr alloy scaffold, called JBDM, developed by researchers in China and the United States, has been tested in rabbit blood vessels for 16 weeks, which not only degrades uniformly, but also keeps the structure intact. Biodegradable magnesium-zinc-zirconium alloys can be used in biological tissue engineering and medical equipment, such as cardiovascular stents. The use of this alloy stent can not only avoid the second surgery for the removal of the prosthesis, but also avoid the long-term foreign body of the permanent implantation.
