腰椎間盤纖維環(huán)切口不同修復(fù)方法的生物力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:目的:通過生物力學(xué)測試研究腰椎間盤纖維環(huán)切口不同修復(fù)方法的生物力學(xué)強度。方法:選取小牛腰椎標(biāo)本制成50個脊柱功能節(jié)段,每個節(jié)段均在纖維環(huán)上作一10mm橫切口。按照不同修復(fù)方法隨機平均分為5組:粘合劑組(A組,選用DermaBond粘合切口)、簡單縫合組(B組,采用常規(guī)U型縫合法處理切口)、MPSS組(C組,采用改良荷包縫合法處理切口)、粘合劑+簡單縫合組(D組)及粘合劑+MPSS組(E組),然后進行纖維環(huán)抗靜水壓強度測試及疲勞測試,根據(jù)各組的泄露壓力和極限轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)來評價其修復(fù)效果。結(jié)果:A~E組的泄露壓力分別為(0.76±0.11)MPa、(1.66±0.11)MPa、(1.84±0.15)MPa、(1.88±0.13)MPa、(2.16±0.24)MPa。E組泄露壓力明顯高于其他組,差異有顯著性(P0.05)。在疲勞測試中,從A~E組各組最后的極限轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)分別為(4.42±0.59)萬次、(8.06±0.75)萬次、(8.44±1.01)萬次、(9.76±0.23)萬次、(9.88±0.21)萬次。E組與D組比較差異無顯著性(P0.05),與其他各組比較差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論:應(yīng)用粘合劑+改良荷包縫合法處理纖維環(huán)切口,具有較高的生物力學(xué)強度。
[Abstract]:Objective: to study the biomechanical strength of different repair methods of lumbar disc fiber ring incision by biomechanical test. Methods: 50 spinal functional segments were made from calf lumbar vertebrae, each of which made a 10mm transverse incision on the annulus fibrosus. According to different repair methods, they were randomly divided into 5 groups: adhesive group (group A, DermaBond adhesive incision was selected), simple suture group (group B, conventional U-shaped suture method was used to treat incision), MPSS group), group C, simple suture group (group B), simple suture group (group B).
