燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)羥基磷灰石靶的影響

【摘要】:為研究燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)羥基磷灰石靶的影響規(guī)律,把純度為99%的羥基磷灰石粉末壓制成圓盤形的靶后,在氬氣中分別在600℃、700℃和800℃高溫下進(jìn)行燒結(jié)。用X射線衍射儀和X射線光電子能譜儀對(duì)未燒結(jié)和在不同溫度下燒結(jié)的羥基磷灰石靶進(jìn)行檢測。檢測結(jié)果表明;燒結(jié)溫度對(duì)羥基磷灰石靶的結(jié)晶度和組成元素沒有顯著影響。但是隨著燒結(jié)溫度的升高,羥基磷灰石靶的平均粒徑和鈣磷比值都增大.800℃高溫?zé)Y(jié)的羥基磷灰石靶具有更好的生物相容性、生物活性和穩(wěn)定性。
