【摘要】：為了簡單方便地制備出一種柔韌性、吸水能力較好的,并具有一定抑菌特性的薄膜,通過調節(jié)溶解在稀醋酸溶液中的殼聚糖-泊洛沙姆溶膠pH值的方法,制備出了具有優(yōu)良抑菌特性、柔韌性與吸水特性的薄膜。薄膜通過物理交聯(lián)法制備,并進行了力學測試、薄膜斷面SEM測試、吸水能力測試以及抑菌圈試驗。測試結果顯示,所制備的薄膜的拉伸強度和斷裂伸長率與泊洛沙姆和甘油的濃度有關。在薄膜的斷面SEM測試中發(fā)現(xiàn),泊洛沙姆的加入,會使凝膠斷面出現(xiàn)孔洞,孔洞的最大直徑10μm。在吸水能力測試中發(fā)現(xiàn),在PBS溶液中,4‰與6‰泊洛沙姆組和2%甘油組具有更好地吸水能力;而在生理鹽水溶液中,8‰泊洛沙姆組和2%甘油組具有更好的吸水能力。在抑菌圈試驗中,發(fā)現(xiàn)不同泊洛沙姆濃度制備出的薄膜基本上均具有明顯的抑菌圈。最后,通過綜合以上特性,優(yōu)選出泊洛沙姆和甘油的濃度分別為6‰和2%。由于其制備的方便性、薄膜較好的柔韌性、吸水性,以及有效的抑菌特性,殼聚糖-泊洛沙姆薄膜有望在燒傷治療、傷口化膿性感染的治療方面得以應用。
[Abstract]:In order to prepare a kind of thin film with flexibility, good water absorption ability and certain bacteriostatic property, the pH value of chitosan Poloxamer sol dissolved in dilute acetic acid solution was adjusted. The thin films with excellent bacteriostatic properties, flexibility and water absorption were prepared. The films were prepared by physical cross-linking method, and the mechanical tests, SEM tests, water absorption capacity tests and bacteriostatic ring tests were carried out. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the films are related to the concentration of Poloxamer and glycerol.
