【摘要】：消化內(nèi)鏡做為一種重復(fù)使用的醫(yī)療器械,在清洗消毒的過程中產(chǎn)生了諸多問題,導(dǎo)致了清洗消毒的失敗,從而造成一系列感染事件的暴發(fā),甚至威脅到患者的生命安全。面對消化內(nèi)鏡清洗消毒過程中造成洗消失敗的諸多問題,應(yīng)采取相應(yīng)的措施及時解決,杜絕院內(nèi)感染事件發(fā)生,保障患者的生命安全。因此本文通過回顧相關(guān)文獻(xiàn),以綜述消化內(nèi)鏡清洗消毒失敗的原因及應(yīng)對策略。
[Abstract]:As a kind of reusable medical device, digestive endoscopy has caused many problems in the process of cleaning and disinfection, which led to the failure of cleaning and disinfection, resulting in an outbreak of a series of infection events and even a threat to the life of the patient. Faced with many problems caused by the failure of cleaning and disinfection of digestive endoscopes, corresponding measures should be taken to solve the problems in time so as to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infection and ensure the safety of patients' lives. Therefore, this article reviews the relevant literature to review the reasons for the failure of digestive endoscopy cleaning and disinfection and the countermeasures.
