粉末冶金超細(xì)晶醫(yī)用Ti-Mo-Fe合金的制備與表征

【摘要】:以元素粉末為原料,采用機(jī)械合金化方法結(jié)合放電等離子燒結(jié)工藝制備了Ti-8Mo-(0~9)Fe合金材料,并探討了制備工藝對(duì)球磨粉體及燒結(jié)態(tài)合金性能的影響規(guī)律。結(jié)果表明,當(dāng)鐵含量為3%~9%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))時(shí),球磨10 h粉體經(jīng)900℃燒結(jié)可獲得高致密度、并具有超細(xì)晶結(jié)構(gòu)的鈦合金材料,其顯微組織主要由β-Ti相基體及fcc-Ti顆粒組成,其晶粒尺寸為130~490 nm,這是在鈦合金塊體材料中首次制備出fcc結(jié)構(gòu)Ti相。在機(jī)械合金化過程中,Fe元素的加入可顯著提高合金體系的非晶形成能力,并隨Fe含量增加體系非晶形成能力增強(qiáng),粉末非晶相比例增加,經(jīng)10 h高能球磨后,即可合成具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性的非晶/納米晶Ti-Mo-Fe復(fù)合粉末。
