含鍶羥磷灰石無機骨水泥材料的制備和表征

【摘要】:制備一種新型的含鍶羥磷灰石無機骨水泥并對其表征。粉劑:以碳酸鈣、碳酸鍶、磷酸氫鈣的分析純試劑為原料,選擇不同含鍶量配比,取Sr/(Sr+Ca)的原子分?jǐn)?shù)(%)分別為0、5、10、15和20,分成5個實驗組,經(jīng)1450℃/5h固相反應(yīng)合成;燒成物快速冷卻、球磨粉碎后密封保存。液劑:以自行合成的丙烯酸-衣康酸共聚液為固化液基本組成,添加適量檸檬酸-檸檬酸鉀改性。通過X射線衍射儀(XRD)和傅里葉紅外光譜儀(FT-IR)表征各試樣組骨水泥的物相結(jié)構(gòu)組成;調(diào)和物參照國家醫(yī)藥行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進行固化時間、壓縮強度測定。XRD表明0%、5%、10%和15%含鍶量試樣組的物相結(jié)構(gòu)為含鍶的羥磷灰石和α-TCP。20%含鍶量試樣組的物相結(jié)構(gòu)則為含鍶的羥磷灰石和β-TCP。FT-IR結(jié)果與XRD分析的結(jié)論相一致。0%~15%含鍶量試樣組的固化時間基本保持在6.5~7.5 min范圍,而20%含鍶量試樣組則不形成固化體,即使在調(diào)和4 h后還仍然呈調(diào)和初時的狀態(tài),說明其不具有水化凝固的特性。含鍶量為0%、5%、10%和15%的這4個試樣組的壓縮強度分別為61.8±15.2、70.7±12.8、73.4±15.5和68.3±18.1 MPa。
