【摘要】：自改革開放以來,我國的經(jīng)濟建設取得了很大的成功,許多行業(yè)都取得了長足的發(fā)展。在這成功的背后不乏我們的國內(nèi)企業(yè)積極引進國外的先進技術(shù)和管理理念,其中項目管理理論越來越受到國內(nèi)企業(yè)的重視。而作為企業(yè)核心競爭力之一的產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,在市場經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展,企業(yè)間的競爭越來越激烈的今天,它的重要性日益明顯,為了提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量,項目質(zhì)量管理理論在各行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應用。作為當今世界發(fā)展最快產(chǎn)業(yè)之一的醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè),更加重視產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量和可靠性,但由于國內(nèi)醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)業(yè)起步較晚,在項目管理以及新產(chǎn)品的項目質(zhì)量管理方面與國外先進的醫(yī)療器械廠家相比還存在較大的差距。因此,本文結(jié)合企業(yè)的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目,引用相關(guān)的質(zhì)量管理知識,對項目質(zhì)量管理中的活動進行具體闡述。本文共分為六章,首先對課題的研究背景和意義,以及新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目中質(zhì)量管理在國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進行了介紹,從質(zhì)量管理的理論角度和在實際項目中的應用出發(fā),提出了課題的研究目標和研究的重要意義。其次,對企業(yè)中所應用新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目的質(zhì)量管理理論和方法進行了闡述,同時也列舉了在項目質(zhì)量管理過程中常用的質(zhì)量工具。而后,結(jié)合P企業(yè)具體實施的新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目,總結(jié)出了在新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目中主要包含的三個階段,即項目定義與決策階段,項目計劃與設計階段,項目實施與控制階段,并對各個階段的質(zhì)量管理活動進行了分析和深入研究,闡述了每個活動的內(nèi)容,明確了每個階段中質(zhì)量控制的內(nèi)容和方式,形成格式化和標準化的內(nèi)容,為其他醫(yī)療器械產(chǎn)品企業(yè)在新產(chǎn)品開發(fā)項目過程中的質(zhì)量管理活動提供有益的借鑒。最后,對全文進行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economic construction has achieved great success, many industries have made great progress. Behind this success, many of our domestic enterprises actively introduce foreign advanced technology and management concepts, among which the theory of project management is paid more and more attention by domestic enterprises. As one of the core competitiveness of enterprises, product quality is becoming more and more important in the rapid development of market economy and the increasingly fierce competition among enterprises. In order to improve the quality of products, Project quality management theory has been widely used in various industries. As one of the fastest growing industries in the world, the medical device industry pays more attention to product quality and reliability, but the domestic medical device industry starts late. There is still a big gap between the project management and the project quality management of new products compared with the foreign advanced medical device manufacturers. Therefore, this paper introduces the activities of the project quality management by referring to the relevant knowledge of quality management in combination with the new product development project of the enterprise. This paper is divided into six chapters. Firstly, it introduces the research background and significance of the subject, and the research status of quality management in new product development projects at home and abroad, starting from the theory of quality management and its application in practical projects. The research goal and significance of the research are put forward. Secondly, the quality management theory and method of the new product development project applied in the enterprise are expounded, and the quality tools commonly used in the process of project quality management are also listed. Then, combined with the new product development project implemented by P enterprise, the paper summarizes three main stages in the new product development project, namely, the project definition and decision stage, the project plan and design stage, the project implementation and control stage. The quality management activities of each stage are analyzed and deeply studied, the content of each activity is expounded, the content and mode of quality control in each stage are defined, and the content of formatting and standardization is formed. To provide useful reference for the quality management activities of other medical device product enterprises in the process of new product development project. Finally, the full text is summarized.
