【摘要】：目的通過對醫(yī)療器械不良事件產(chǎn)生的原因進(jìn)行分析,對存在的問題提出解決措施。方法收集2015年該院64例與抗腫瘤治療相關(guān)的醫(yī)療器械所發(fā)生不良事件的資料,對發(fā)生的科室、器械類型進(jìn)行整理、匯總,通過描述性統(tǒng)計(jì)分析,研究醫(yī)療器械不良事件產(chǎn)生的原因。結(jié)果通過對醫(yī)療器械不良事件的分析,從中發(fā)現(xiàn)存在對醫(yī)療器械不良事件發(fā)生的監(jiān)督力度不夠、管理體系中存在管理制定的執(zhí)行較差、使用人員的重視程度不夠等。結(jié)論加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療器械管理制度建設(shè),提高使用人員的業(yè)務(wù)素質(zhì),以發(fā)揮醫(yī)療設(shè)備效能,保障抗腫瘤治療的進(jìn)行,更好地服務(wù)于患者。
[Abstract]:Objective to analyze the causes of adverse events of medical devices and put forward some measures to solve the problems. Methods the data of 64 cases of adverse events related to anti-tumor therapy in 2015 were collected, the departments and types of devices were collected, collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics. To study the causes of adverse events of medical devices. Results based on the analysis of the adverse events of medical devices, it was found that there were insufficient supervision on the occurrence of adverse events of medical devices, poor execution of management formulation in the management system, and insufficient attention of the users, and so on. Conclusion strengthening the construction of medical device management system, improving the professional quality of the users, giving full play to the efficacy of medical equipment, ensuring the progress of anti-tumor treatment, and serving the patients better.
