基于LIMS臨床檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備接口規(guī)范化應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療信息共享是國內(nèi)醫(yī)療服務(wù)體系的大趨勢,也是互聯(lián)網(wǎng)醫(yī)療發(fā)展的新階段。實(shí)驗(yàn)室信息管理系統(tǒng)(LIMS)作為醫(yī)院臨床檢驗(yàn)信息交換賴以支撐的平臺,它集成了各式各樣的醫(yī)療儀器,不同設(shè)備之間的數(shù)據(jù)存儲、表達(dá)方式差別很大,交換方式也不同,導(dǎo)致信息系統(tǒng)之間難以實(shí)現(xiàn)真正的數(shù)據(jù)交互共享?朔"信息孤島",解決不同應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)之間的互聯(lián)互通問題一直是醫(yī)療領(lǐng)域公認(rèn)的技術(shù)難點(diǎn)。本文研究的重點(diǎn)基于臨床信息交換平臺,圍繞接口規(guī)范化研究,開展關(guān)于數(shù)據(jù)格式的統(tǒng)一和交換方式規(guī)范化的相關(guān)工作,旨在實(shí)現(xiàn)檢驗(yàn)信息的全面共享。本文主要研究內(nèi)容包括如下四點(diǎn):(1)為了降低醫(yī)學(xué)信息交互的復(fù)雜性,改善信息交互的效率,本文設(shè)計(jì)了基于LIMS臨床檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備接口規(guī)范化方案,為不同類型硬件設(shè)備、操作系統(tǒng)和數(shù)據(jù)接口之間建立起良好的信息交換通道,保證醫(yī)學(xué)信息傳輸?shù)目焖儆行浴?2)針對設(shè)備類型眾多,接口形式多樣的特點(diǎn),從小型化、統(tǒng)一化、網(wǎng)絡(luò)化入手,設(shè)計(jì)了一種能兼容支持多種不同接口類型檢驗(yàn)設(shè)備接入的網(wǎng)關(guān)轉(zhuǎn)換裝置。網(wǎng)關(guān)使用嵌入式開發(fā)技術(shù)對設(shè)備接口數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行底層解析并兼容統(tǒng)一,實(shí)現(xiàn)通用性接口轉(zhuǎn)換,為簡化LIMS實(shí)體對象的訪問模式提供了良好的硬件平臺支持。(3)根據(jù)LIMS中各實(shí)體對象之間復(fù)雜交互情況,本文在分析和理解DICOM 3.0的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合OSI模型制定了符合實(shí)驗(yàn)室需求的LIMS交互協(xié)議方案。重點(diǎn)圍繞規(guī)范化數(shù)據(jù)格式和統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)交換方式,設(shè)計(jì)了 LIMS通訊協(xié)議體系模型,并構(gòu)建服務(wù)器客戶端異步網(wǎng)絡(luò)模擬平臺,進(jìn)行歸一化通信接口的程序設(shè)計(jì),解決了LIMS網(wǎng)絡(luò)中信息交換一致性問題。(4)最后本文在實(shí)驗(yàn)測試方面,以尿液分析儀的接入為例,通過接口程序測試了整個網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊環(huán)境,實(shí)現(xiàn)了設(shè)備到LIMS服務(wù)器的歸一化協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換,達(dá)到預(yù)期效果,驗(yàn)證了方案的可行性和實(shí)用性。
[Abstract]:Strengthening medical information sharing is the main trend of medical service system in China, and it is also a new stage in the development of Internet medical treatment. The laboratory information management system (LIMS), as the platform on which the hospital clinical laboratory information exchange is based, integrates various kinds of medical instruments, the data storage among different equipments, the expression way is very different, and the way of exchange is also different. It is difficult to realize real data sharing between information systems. Overcoming the "information island" and solving the problem of interconnection between different application systems have been recognized as technical difficulties in medical field. Based on the clinical information exchange platform, this paper focuses on the research of the standardization of the interface and the standardization of the data format and the standardization of the exchange mode. The purpose of this study is to achieve the overall sharing of the test information. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) in order to reduce the complexity of medical information interaction and improve the efficiency of information exchange, this paper designs a standardized interface scheme for different types of hardware devices based on LIMS. A good information exchange channel is established between the operating system and the data interface to ensure the rapid and effective transmission of medical information. (2) aiming at the characteristics of numerous equipment types and various interface forms, the paper starts with miniaturization, unification and networking. In this paper, a gateway conversion device is designed, which can support the access of many different interface type checking devices. The gateway uses embedded development technology to parse the device interface data at the bottom and achieve universal interface conversion. In order to simplify the access pattern of LIMS entity object, it provides a good hardware platform support. (3) according to the complex interaction between each entity object in LIMS, this paper analyzes and understands DICOM 3.0. Based on the OSI model, a LIMS interactive protocol is developed to meet the needs of the laboratory. Focusing on the standardized data format and the unified data exchange mode, the LIMS communication protocol system model is designed, and the asynchronous network simulation platform on the client side of the server is constructed, and the program design of the normalized communication interface is carried out. The problem of information exchange consistency in LIMS network is solved. (4) in the aspect of experimental test, taking the access of urine analyzer as an example, the whole network communication environment is tested by interface program. The normalized protocol conversion from device to LIMS server is realized, and the expected effect is achieved, and the feasibility and practicability of the scheme are verified.
