膠原蛋白海綿對肝臟創(chuàng)傷止血的效果

【摘要】：背景:艾瑞金膠原蛋白海綿理化性能穩(wěn)定,并已通過國家食品藥品監(jiān)督管理局的理化性能和生物相容性評價檢測。目的:觀察艾瑞金膠原蛋白海綿的止血效果。方法:取21只SD大鼠,建立肝臟出血創(chuàng)面,隨機分3組干預:在實驗組(n=7)肝臟創(chuàng)口內部植入艾瑞金膠原蛋白海綿,同時在肝臟切口表面外敷艾瑞金膠原蛋白海綿;在陽性對照組(n=7)肝臟創(chuàng)口內部植入醫(yī)用膠原蛋白海綿,同時在肝臟切口表面外敷醫(yī)用金膠原蛋白海綿;在空白對照組(n=7)肝臟切口表面外敷醫(yī)用紗布,記錄出血量及止血時間,干預后7,14,28 d進行肝臟創(chuàng)面組織學觀察。結果與結論:①出血量及止血時間:3組出血量比較無差異;實驗組、陽性對照組止血時間與空白對照組比較差異無顯著性意義,實驗組止血時間短于陽性對照組(P≤0.05);②肝臟創(chuàng)面組織學觀察:實驗組干預后7 d膠原材料被纖維結締組織完全包裹,炎性細胞浸潤以中性粒細胞為主,膠原材料開始降解,周邊結締組織內有新生毛細血管;干預后14 d,包裹膠原材料的纖維結締組織明顯增厚,中性粒細胞減少,巨噬細胞增多;干預后28 d,膠原材料完全降解,大部肝組織恢復正常,部分肝組織旁的炎性結締組織中可看到巨噬細胞、單核細胞、成纖維細胞和毛細血管。陽性對照組情況類似于實驗組。空白對照組干預后14 d創(chuàng)傷處結締組織明顯,肝竇含有紅細胞,偶見肝組織內出血,空泡變性;干預后28 d,創(chuàng)口處具有較厚結締組織,肝竇含有紅細胞,被復肝星狀細胞;③結果表明:艾瑞金膠原蛋白海綿對肝臟創(chuàng)傷止血效果明顯,組織相容性好。
[Abstract]:Background: the physical and chemical properties of Irikin collagen sponge are stable and have been evaluated by the State Food and Drug Administration (SFDA). Objective: to observe the hemostatic effect of irizine collagen sponge. Methods: 21 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups: in the experimental group (n = 7), intrahepatic collagen sponge was implanted into the liver wound, and the surface of the hepatic incision was coated with the iritin collagen sponge. Medical collagen sponge was implanted into the hepatic wound of the positive control group (nong7), and the medical gold collagen sponge was applied on the surface of the hepatic incision at the same time. Medical gauze was applied on the surface of the hepatic incision in the blank control group (nong7). The amount of bleeding and the hemostatic time were recorded. The histological observation of the liver wound was carried out on the 28th day after intervention. Results and conclusion: 1 bleeding volume and hemostatic time: there was no difference in bleeding volume among the three groups.
