三參數(shù)人體應激檢測系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:應激(stress)研究在整個人類健康與疾病的領域里,已占據(jù)了一個顯著的地位。長期處于應激狀態(tài)會對這類人的健康產生不良影響,尤其是在一些高危作業(yè)中,高強度的應激會影響作業(yè)人員的正常工作,導致操作失誤增多,事故頻發(fā)。這促使人們渴望了解應激的本質,并探索檢測應激的科學方法以及克服它的有效措施。 本論文在查閱了國內外相關應激研究文獻的基礎上,綜述了應激對人體的影響,探索并確定了用于應激檢測的人體生理參數(shù),自主研制開發(fā)了可用于高危作業(yè)人員應激狀態(tài)變化監(jiān)測的檢測系統(tǒng),并進行了初步的實驗驗證與分析。本文的主要研究內容包括: (1)通過對人體脈搏波的基波能量進行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)基波能量在人體受到應激時會出現(xiàn)普遍的下降;結合對人體受到應激時體表溫度和皮膚電導的生理變化分析,確定了人體應激檢測系統(tǒng)的三個生理參數(shù),并給出了三參數(shù)人體應激檢測系統(tǒng)的總體設計框架。 (2)根據(jù)高危作業(yè)人員應激檢測的便攜性和實時性要求,設計開發(fā)了三參數(shù)人體應激檢測系統(tǒng)的下位機硬件系統(tǒng)和上位機軟件系統(tǒng),用于檢測人體受到應激時的脈搏波、體表溫度和皮膚電導變化。 (3)對設計的系統(tǒng)進行應用測試,通過相關實驗初步驗證了系統(tǒng)三個生物傳感器能夠正確檢測脈搏波、體表溫度和皮膚電導的值,同時又能夠檢測出人體在受到應激時的三個參數(shù)變化。驗證了本文設計的三參數(shù)人體應激檢測系統(tǒng)能夠應用于高危作業(yè)人員的應激變化監(jiān)測。 最后,總結了本文的主要工作,并對系統(tǒng)研制與開發(fā)以及基于人體生理信息的應激狀態(tài)檢測研究與分析進行了展望。
[Abstract]:Stress (stress) research has taken a prominent place in the field of human health and disease. The long-term stress will have a negative impact on the health of this kind of people, especially in some high-risk operations, the high intensity of stress will affect the normal work of operators, resulting in the increase of operational errors, frequent accidents. This makes people eager to understand the nature of stress and explore scientific methods to detect stress and effective measures to overcome it. On the basis of consulting the domestic and foreign literatures of stress research, this paper summarizes the influence of stress on human body, and explores and determines the physiological parameters of human body used for stress detection. A monitoring system for monitoring the stress state of high risk workers was developed, and the preliminary experimental verification and analysis were carried out. The main research contents of this paper are as follows: (1) by analyzing the fundamental wave energy of human pulse wave, it is found that the fundamental wave energy decreases generally when the human body is under stress; Based on the analysis of physiological changes of body surface temperature and skin conductance, three physiological parameters of human body stress detection system are determined, and the overall design framework of three-parameter human body stress detection system is given. (2) according to the portable and real-time requirements of high risk workers' stress detection, the hardware system of the three-parameter human stress detection system and the upper computer software system are designed and developed to detect the pulse wave when the human body is under stress. Changes in body surface temperature and skin conductance. (3) the application test of the designed system is carried out, and the results show that the three biosensors can correctly detect the pulse wave, body surface temperature and skin conductance. At the same time, it can detect the changes of three parameters of human body under stress. The three-parameter human stress detection system designed in this paper can be used to monitor the stress changes of high risk workers. Finally, the main work of this paper is summarized, and the development of the system and the research and analysis of stress state based on human physiological information are prospected.
