新型牙髓治療材料iRoot BP Plus對(duì)人牙齦成纖維細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞毒性

【摘要】:目的:比較新型牙髓治療材料i Root BP Plus與礦物三氧化物凝聚體(mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA)對(duì)人牙齦成纖維細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞毒性。方法:采用四甲基偶氮唑鹽(methyl-thiazol-tetrazolium,MTT)法測(cè)定上述2種材料不同浸提時(shí)間(1、3、7 d)的浸提液原液及不同濃度稀(1:2、1:5)釋液對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的人牙齦成纖維細(xì)胞增殖的影響。細(xì)胞增殖率以x±s表示,采用SPSS20.0軟件包對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行析因設(shè)計(jì)的方差分析。結(jié)果:i Root BP Plus和MTA的浸提液原液及不同濃度稀釋液作用后的細(xì)胞增殖率界于77.31%~113.82%,細(xì)胞毒性分級(jí)為0或1級(jí),評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果為無細(xì)胞毒性。不同時(shí)間點(diǎn)、不同稀釋度下,2種材料對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的人牙齦成纖維細(xì)胞增殖率的影響無顯著差異(F濃度*時(shí)間*材料=1.393,P=0.256)。結(jié)論 :i Root BP Plus與MTA均對(duì)體外培養(yǎng)的人牙齦成纖維細(xì)胞無細(xì)胞毒性。
[Abstract]:Aim: to compare the cytotoxicity of i Root BP Plus and (mineral trioxide aggregate,MTA on human gingival fibroblasts. Methods: tetramethylazolium salt (methyl-thiazol-tetrazolium,MTT) was used to determine the extraction time of the two materials. The effects of 1: 2 and 1: 5 release solution on the proliferation of human gingival fibroblasts in vitro. The cell proliferation rate was expressed as x 鹵s, and SPSS20.0 software package was used to analyze the variance of the factorial design. Results the cell proliferation rate of: i Root BP Plus and MTA was 77.31 and 113.82, and the cytotoxicity grade was 0 or 1. The results showed that there was no cytotoxicity. There was no significant difference in the proliferation rate of human gingival fibroblasts between the two materials at different time points and different dilutions (F concentration * time * material = 1.393). Conclusion both: i Root BP Plus and MTA have no cytotoxicity to cultured human gingival fibroblasts.
